thanks Jess.. prob is I HATE excercise with a passion.. and have added a few pounds since working at home began. I don't want it to continue, but I want to enjoy getting rid of it... and this seems the perfect way. My schedule will be affected, but it's not as cold as it has been.. so I'm thinking I'm gonna start it soon!
and cloud.. I can honestly tell you.. walking a small 'pack' of dogs and getting them to behave does WONDERS for your self-confidence.. the way you carry yourself, act in public.. everything.. will change for the better, I PROMISE you that!
