Lol, I understand, and I can see how the boots might be the exception to the rule, lol! How are your classes, overall? Are you homesick yet?eno wrote:gypsy: I'm not much of a shopper because: 1. I don't like spending money and 2. I've just never been that into clothing. Some of my friends have bought some goregous leather boots though, so I think I may have to give in at some point and follow suit.

cloud: weather is nice! It's kinda like how springtime is in Chicago, which is awesome because I've heard that Chicago has been freeeeeezing lately! (chicago's my hometown)
gypsy: classes are good! they're pretty easy actually, which I appreciate so I don't have to spend all my time studying. I am homesick at times... the superbowl was especially sad this year since the Bears were in it and we all had to watch it late at night on our school's one large screen tv. But overall the homesickness isn't too bad. One of my best friends is here, so that helps!

umm... I think that will link to my photobucket? My guest password is: Ewan (I'm just a tad obsessed with Ewan McGregor!)
I'm still not very good at working photobucket, so if that's not right let me know! The sections pertinent to my study abroad are Italy, London, and Budapest.

Yeah, London was awesome! I love English accents, so I thought all the people were so charming! Mostly I loved how it's such a diverse city. And also it was cool to visit the locations from a bunch of books and movies!!! (I just finished reading Picture of Dorian Gray... every other chapter I would get excited from the book's locations!)jc_gypsy7 wrote:Ooh, thank you for the pics, eno, they're GREAT!! I went to London for a week a few years ago, I really really miss it... seeing all your pics is a definite treat!!
thanks! I took a photography class in high school and really enjoyed it! I wish I had a nicer camera with me though! It's hard to get a good exposure on an automatic digital camera sometimes.jc_gypsy7 wrote:eno, you really have a good eye.. the photos are gorgeous, I especially love the colloseum one!

Hehe, that must've made it even more fun, reading about a place you've just been! And I agree, I thought the people were SOO nice.. I stayed with a friend, and we spent a lot of time sight-seeing, and taking cabs and such.. even the cab-drivers were so nice, asking all sorts of questions and offering suggestions of other places to visit!eno wrote:Yeah, London was awesome! I'm glad your best friend is there with you.. that has to help a lot.

hey, I think the pics came out excellent, automatic or not.. you don't have any seriously under or over-exposed shots... your nighttime shots are all good.. all in all, you've got a gorgeous album going on there!eno wrote:thanks!
