ok i managed to decypher this:

it means:

WE HAVE WEARETHED (?) THE STORM
IN THE CITY OF EMPTY SCYLINE (the enochian alphabet doesnt have "k" so i guess it's skyline)
STAND YOUR GROUND
MUCH OF IMPORT WAITS TO BE FOUND
