I origionally agreed with you Falls...but I just watched it again (and again!) and I am pretty sure the footsteps and breathing don't pause at all...even though there is a pause in Jonas' sentence. It may not be muted after all.
I really don't think there's anything to be gained from the said muting of Tachyon's name. Especially since her name was printed under the airplane. She can hardly hide her identity and she likes to bug Op.

Any chance the "muted" name could have been a player we already know? Like Cassie, or someone else? Maybe they didn't "mute" the word Tachyon...but something else??

I really don't think there's a discussion to be had on this. Other sounds can be heard during the supposed "muting," and the style of the wording sounded like Jonas' natural speak-pause-think-continue style.
Besides, the "she" Bree mentioned right after was obviously a reference to Tachyon.
Remember that whoever is referenced in that quote has been in communication with Bree. Given that Tachyon and Bree have been in contact, I think that it referencing anyone else is unlikely.
