Fiji?

I've read all the recaps (I think) both here and in LGpedia and this seems to be no where. Everyone keeps mentioning that Tachyon is in fiji right now. When and where did we find this out? Can you point me in the right direction with a link please? (and would somebody mind ammending the recaps to include this info?) TIA
