Mirage wrote: That actually sounds pretty damn tasty, excepting the radish part, which is completely vile! I just might have to make those one night. Unfortunately I don't think any package store around here carries Pacifico. Hell I gotta drive into town to get anything other than Bud, Coors, or Michelob.
Well, leaving out the radish (or whatever you don't like) is the flexible part I mentioned! :D
Plus, Pacifico isn't required - any thing cold that you can stand would substitute just fine!
We shall nonetheless move forward to carve a name for ourselves in the annals of bold insurgency and death-defying derring-do. Once I have a keen blade at my hip and the Jolly Roger is flapping high above me, I believe I will find my true calling.

Oh but I'd have to do the whole thing. It wouldn't be the same with a glass of wine or something. You convinced me--I'm doing fish tacos this weekend! (Chicken for the BF, he doesn't like seafood--I know, a native New Englander that doesn't like seafood! Craziness)

I did end up making the pork chops baked in cream of mushroom soup and I made some buttered egg noodle things and biscuits. Talk about a lazy dinner that tasted pretty tasty. Tonight, nothing much since I'll be working out and then after showering heading straight to auditions.

I had me some fried chicken, some baked beans and mashed potatoes into which I'd folded this shredded Mexican four-cheese blend. 8) I'm awesome, I'm so awesome.
