Love the music, too!
Is "Jessie" our Jess?
I always debate the me or I issue!! From what I remember from my grammar school education, the way of working out which to use is to remove the other person from the sentence and then to see if the sentence still makes sense.
So, if we take:
'Kris and I went to the shops'
taking 'Kris' out the sentence still makes sense:
'I went to the shops'.
However:
'Kris and I at the Halloween Ball'
would end up as:
'I at the Halloween Ball'
which isn't right. So, I presume, it should be:
'Me and Kris at the Halloween Ball'
or:
'Kris and me at the Halloween Ball'.
Been discussing this a lot lately!! Not entirely sure what the correct answer is....
And yes Jessie is the lovely Jess. And she certainly is beautiful!!
