That would make a lot of sense.kayokosaeki wrote:i can see the plot forming now.
Oppy has daniel. Oppy either wants daniel for herself because of all the spying he has done, or Oppy will offer up a trade of daniel for bree. bree will be totally against it and will want to find another possible way to get daniel back. jonas, wanting back his only loyal best friend, will create a set up and bree will be traded for daniel. after daniel discovers what vicious two-timing jonas has done and receives the enlightenment that he really does love bree, he will ditch jonas and try to rescue bree.
daniel's just cool like that. good guy all around.

I'm so glad you said that. I kept thinking it looked like SOMEONE...and was blanking out. That's it. Lenin. That's a load off my mind whether that's who it is or not.impulse wrote:Head still looks like Lenin to me, same as 10 pages ago.

All hail BA, Queen of Internet Cow Research!

So, if these sculpture things really are anything....what are the implications? That Jonas really is part of the Order? Then Oppy wouldn't have needed our help to get Daniel. And she wouldn't have had to wait for him to go back to the bowling alley. And she wouldn't be sending out emails saying things about wanting to know where Jonas' house is.
Unless Oppy doesn't trust her operatives on the board....
Another question. If these things are figures that are important to Bree's religion, wouldn't she have picked up on them? Like, "hey, nice statue of Hathor!"

Missing Oppy....Missing Bree.....

I don't think the character jug is related to Bree's religion, I just have a couple and I find them interesting
There are alot of historical and literary figures that have jugs. I am just curious which one that is, and wonder if it is random or related to the story.
Like a nautical figure could be related to his parents being lost at sea...
its just curiousity on my part.
edited to add that I haven't found a Lenin character jug.

I was thinking Freud....didn't Bree mention Jonas as Freud? But it looks like there's a crown or something on his head.

I posted this in the ARG gen cuz I have been flamed for discussing Opy here but...
I think there is something to the fact that Daniel found the hidden camera with his cell... Then Opy trakced his fake ID down with the signal from his cell and now Jonas makes sure he takes his cell to the bowling alley with him and BANG... Here we get ti listen to Bree once again go from Crying about how clingy Daniel is to crying about him being gone

I have no clues to offer you... But I know how to download if you're offering!!!
I think we'll soon hear something from Tach about Danny Boy. I hope, anyway. Jonas...I dunno about him, still. He may just be a nice guy...someone who knows something about Bree...someone whose parents were in the Order...or even someone aligned withTachyon. I believe we'll be getting some more definitive clues, shortly. I hope...anyway.

Ok, I LOVE this discussion!!
Sparky has an EXCELLENT eye.
Now, I wouldn't expect Bree to comment on EVERYTHING she sees in a room. In fact, she's never really commented about much of anything at Jonas' house. She just talks (sorry! I meant "whines ungratefully,") about her miserable life.
I want to play around more with screenshots, etc.. but I need to take a nap very soon!!
back later!!
(oh and I love the cow theories, too!!)

I agree, I thought of Bacchus also, but the bacchus mug looks like :silvermoon wrote:When I saw the sculpture, it immediately brought the god Bacchus (God of wine and drinking) to mind (aka Dionysus).
Put that together with Daniel's recent drinking, Jonas' talk of having stopped drinking so much (at the bowling alley), and well....
That and $4 will get you a small coffee, no whip.
