When you were chosen for the ceremony, the order had one thing right. You are special and you are important. Your place in life is just as it should be, you just need some direction.
You need to investigate the order Bree. Once you learn who you really are, you will understand why the order wanted you.
If you achieve this, your best career--the one that would be most fitting--would be for you to help other girls who were 'chosen' like you. Right now there are hundreds of these girls being torn away from their birth families and unknown to them are living with strangers. You could help these girls Bree, and eventually you could stop the order from taking these girls completely.
That would be a great idea if the story was where she figured out all the stuff about the order, all the loose ends about her were reviled and then made it her career to save others like her...Cassie could be the first case she works on!
I'm with you BA - I think it would very cool watching Bree and the gang investigating other girls, trying to save them etc. Plus, in a situation like that, they might even join up the Tachyon/Brother to really put it to the Order.
We shall nonetheless move forward to carve a name for ourselves in the annals of bold insurgency and death-defying derring-do. Once I have a keen blade at my hip and the Jolly Roger is flapping high above me, I believe I will find my true calling.

And if they wanted to they could do several of them. You know each case (girls story) is dfferent, from her abduction, to how she was raised, who raised her etc...Think aobut it. Most girls would be clueless. Part of the rescueing them would be that Bree goes undercover (in order to convince them whats going on )as maybe one of their school teachers or neighbors lots of possibilities for excitement!
It would also add structure to the series. That way the episodes a begining a middle and an end because theres a goal.
It's funny that people come up with these ideas and speak about them like it's not something that might already be in the mix.
We have no idea where the story is going, which means it could already be headed in that very same direction. A lot of the above seems fairly hinted at already in some ways.
It's just amusing though when everyone thinks the fans write the series because we speculate and suggest these ideas. Given that they must shoot at least a few weeks ahead of time, it's safe to say that they've been a few steps ahead of us all along!
But why would she need to save Cassie? Cassie wasn't in the Order or a girl chosen for the Ceremony.

There is a spin off by a fan called itscassie who is not part of the LG15 production. However we are just saying what if... We're just discussing possibilities.
I think the idea has potential but definitely needs to be tweaked. It's a little too much like Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Plus who said these other girls were taken from their families? That wasn't my impression at all. The fact that all the "chosen" are girls and clues about genetics, astrology and the purity bond lead me to believe the Order is involved with controlled breeding.
Maybe Bree's breeding partner has already been preselected. Might be fun if he showed up.
