What's the difference between Purple Monkey and an oven mitt

An oven mitt isn't nearly so F*(&ing ANNOYING as Purple Monkey!!!! Also, you don't want to burn your oven mitt, but you very much want to burn Purple Monkey!!!!

I bought new oven mitts the other day, and the packager people messed up and gave me 2 left ones. Pretty annoying.
