Nothing really helps me get to sleep very well... I even took a direct sleep aid once, and was still up half the night...

It's also because of this that I've been turned down for treatment at the sleep institute, here. You'd think they'd have signed me up so quick just for the challenge alone!

No. I love coffee, but I don't even really have much resolve to make a pot of coffee in the morning, anymore. I don't even drink much soda. if anything I drink a ot of tea, but I don't even drink very much of that.

Unless they've found caffiene to be in juice and water, nowadays.
