For those who are sad, don't be! It means some of TWJ's time will be freed up so that he can interact as a fan again! 
I've actually missed him since he's become a site admin, and while the site wouldn't be where it is if he hadn't stepped up, it's not the same without him in here posting like he used to, either. So welcome him back to the forums!
