I've hired some paid researchers for us

Well, kind of.

We're all used to having to spend hours on Google trying to find something for the OpAphid videos, or even in the LG series, when we're not even sure what we're looking for. Well, now we have a better option for those difficult searches, thanks to a new -- and free -- service that just launched its Beta version.

It's called ChaCha (www.chacha.com).

Essentially, it's a search engine combined with instant messaging with a ChaCha employee. They help you find what you're looking for.

It's incredibly fun to lead them on a wild goose chase that leads nowhere and completely kill their time, which is why we'll have to see how long their service lasts. Although the company announced $6 million of financing today, so I guess they'll be around for a while.

So anyway, I'm adding this here b/c it will certainly help us along the way. Next time you're searching Google, but need a helping hand, use the free researchers at your disposal.

Only problem: some of these guides aren't too bright.

I think part of the fun of Tachyon's puzzles is that they usually consist of things that are not easy to Google.

It sounds like an interesting idea, but I prefer the thrill of the hunt myself.

Even when it came to google image searching office supply photos after a 10 hour shift at Staples. Yes Oppy, I'm still bitter.

Well technically you're not supposed to let them do all the searching, but I was too busy laughing at them finding my ridiculous requests...
