Who's voice was on Powell's machine?

I think the topic name says it all.

Of course we found her dad's secret message after we listened to Powell's Dry Cleaners....but who's voice was that? Uncle Franklin? Brother? Someone working in cahoots with Bree's dad...

I thought perhaps someone in The Order with the intention of finding Bree, but one would think she'd be able to tell that it wasn't her Dad's voice, right???

I was wondering who it was myself...maybe it was bree's dad's voice disguised ...if not bree obviously would know his fathers voice so maybe it was a trusted friend...or someone from the order that led bree's dad tp his death.

It must have been someone that was working with Bree's father. Maybe we should call that number again?....nope the messages are still the same..

Makes me wonder though..
