Why I hate...
Sprint. Ok, so in June of this year I changed my cell phone plan with Sprint online. I received a confirmation letter from them regarding the changes I made. The next bill I got from them showed them charging me for a plan that I never signed up for. When I called Sprint about this, the customer service operator that I spoke to told me that they didn't offer the plan that I "suppposedly" signed up for and I was lieing. Being the super huge bitch that I am, I told him to fornicate with himself and then proceeded to cancel my accounts (I had 3 phones with them). I told them in no uncertain terms that I would not be paying any early terminatin fees because they had voided the terms of our contract without my approval. They kept telling me that I was basically full of fecal matter, so I faxed in the confirmation letter that they sent me to 3 different numbers. Surprisingly, they ALL got lost. I ventured to a Sprint store and they looked at the letter, told me I was right, but that they couldn't help me, I had to deal with customer service. What?!? I finally spoke to a customer service agent and her manager who told me to go back to the store, ask for a manager and have the manager call customer service to verify if he saw the letter. So I did and was told that they would remove the early termination fee.
Cut to today, when I just received yet another bill from them, with no removal of the termination fee and a late charge added on. So, of course I called and they said they had no record of the fee being removed. Then, the customer service agent looked around a bit and said that the claim was still being processed and to try again on Tuesday.
And that is why I hate Sprint together with Nextel.

EXSACT same thing happened to my grand father like....6 years ago when he switched over to sprint long distance with this "imaginary" plan even though he ahd the contract and the confirmation letters and everything...
and customer service basically told him that he was a liar...

I too hate nextel...a guy stole my dads identity, racked up over $1000 on a Nextel phone, and then Nextel charges my dad. They refused to recognize that calls on the SAME PHONE were bein made from ASIA and CALIFORNIA ON THE SAME DAY! Add to that list Prepaid cingular...I have no first hand experience, but my friend who works there has told me so pretty horrible things about the way they treat customers...for example, you can do this service where they automatically charge your debit card each month to add minutes, right? Well, they don't tell you there is a limit to how many minutes a phone can have, and even if you are at or reach the limit, they keep charging...thats right THEY TAKE MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY REFUSE TO RENDER!
That is just one of the things I remember...but believe me, it gets worse...DON'T EVER USE CINGULAR PREPAID! THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE SH*T!

Since I live in a ruralish area (actually all of the friggin state is like this) I only have a choice of 2 carriers. US Cellular and Cingular. Neither one of them has any exceptionally good plans, so I am stuck with a mediocre one, and I get to listen to my friends from out of state talk about how they get unlimited texting.

That's horrible...I HATE when companies do that!
Btw their service sucks. I went to Oregon in October and I couldn't even get service on the beaches there. My best friend and boyfriend were with me and they got service just fine with their cell phones.

I hate Sprint as well.....I have a bill in collections for almost $800.00, all because they are nuck futz....They can kiss my big white butt, before I pay..I told the guy..that it wasnt my fault their staff was morons, and to sue me. They stopped calling after that. No letters yet....the waiting game continues!
