What Did Daniel and Dad Talk About shows the camera for a few seconds in the mirror. This might let someone who really knows cameras be able to tell what kind it is. That someone is certainly not me though... I don't even have a camera.

If everything is being designed to be internally consistent you're right... but what if that was just a clue. We certainly wouldn't be having this conversation if the crowly picture hadn't shown up.

I'd say that medical doctors wear labcoats a whole lot more than scientists. This would also be consistent with injections and iron pills (or whatever).

i think her dad is a scientist of some sorts... hence the lab coat, and in one of her videos of proving science wrong she's also wearing a lab coat, maybe 'proving science wrong' was just a way to rebel against her father.

I'm a scientist and I wear jeans, a t-shirt and sandals to work ...
