It's this pierced corset thing. They pierce a series of rings on your back and thread a ribbon through it.

I think it looks pretty neat but with my aversion to needles, you'll never see that on my back! :wink:

Ack, it's exactly 50-50, 23-23. Personally, I think Cassie was always a ghost spirit, although only Bree can see her. So, she's basically an imaginary friend, although she's partially real.
