Cha Cha is a dancing turtle that Spencer gave to Taylor in the video Back to Work. Spencer claims that Cha Cha is a memento so that Taylor and Sarah (of Zavalla) will remember him.
Cha Cha sings and dances to the Cha Cha Slide.
