Jessica was one of the Phorum 3 who conspired to carry out the IP sting that tied lonelygirl15 to having logged-in from CAA headquarters. This caused many to believe that LG15 was a project by a big Hollywood company, when in fact it was just Amanda Goodfried, an employee of CAA at the time, answering Bree's fan mail from work.
Jessica of the Phorum 3 is not the same person as Jessica Lee Rose, as was suggested when Ms. Rose was first identified by her real name.
