Tariq (walking): Well, I can’t find Gav. He hasn’t answered his phone all weekend. I’ve tried his house and the office. There’s just one more place left to try – his sister’s house.
(knocks on door)
Tariq: Great. All right.
(Climbs over wall, goes into house and opens a door to see Gavin lying on a bed in the dark with a laptop)
Tariq: What's going on Gav?
Gavin: Jesus Christ, you scared the crap out of me.
Tariq: Where have you been? What's going on? Eh? What was Steve talking about on Friday night? What are you playin' at?
Gavin: What am I playing at? I've been programming for two days solid. Makes a change from chasing around after the old mental girlfriend. What have you been doing anyway?
Tariq: Mate, can you answer my question?
Gavin: I went to a Hymn of One meeting last week, Tariq. That's what Steve meant - all right? Happy?
Tariq: What? Why would you do that?
Gavin: Because I was interested. Is that a crime? And can you blame me? After all that weird sacrifice stuff on the internet? Yeah, I wanted to check it out for myself. Was it exciting and dangerous? No. Was it dead boring? Yes. They just droned on about some cosmic singing. I drank my free orange juice and went home.
