This template generates a "No Credit Given" text with explanatory tool tip, and adds the video to Category:Videos with withheld credits.

In addition, if you want to select a more specific category, you can add an argument:
{{Withheld|CREDIT TYPE}}
Whatever you put instead of CREDIT TYPE will appear between "withheld" and "credits" in the category name - Template:VidChar uses {{Withheld|actor}}, for example, and links to Category:Videos with withheld actor credits.
