Usage
Use this template to link to topics on the forum.

TOPICID is the id of the forum topic. If OPTIONAL TEXT is not provided, the text will be "forum discussion". TARGET FORUM can be omitted to link to the lg15 forums, alternatively you can provide either "lg15" or "km".
