In the inbox was an email from a "Mr. Zipp," apparently the person who sent Maddison the message and set up the accounts. In the email, he describes himself as a "worried parent with certain people watching my every move who impose sever restrictions on my interactions with my only child" and asks for her help to "save my child's life."
