'''Clara Stokes''' is a character in the [[Maddison Avenue|Maddison Atkins ARG]].

Clara is a cinematography student at Stephen F. Austin doing a thesis for school. She intends to investigate the effects of [[Maddison Atkins]] and [[Adam|Adam Wilmott's]] deaths on the community, as well as its effects on the online community Maddison had brought together in the weeks before her death.

Unfortunately Clara got sucked into a lot more than she ever imagined. A self-described lazy student who hates to read, Clara thought the thesis would be a breeze. It was not due to some of the interesting people along the way who she interviewed. Clara also had truly abysmal interviewing skills causing Mr. Atkins to be very angry with her.

After a run in with a dead Frady, Clara did not know how to cope and spent many nights drunk in chat, talking what seemed to be nonsense.

Clara also met up with Maddisons father again. He seemed glad that Frady was dead and offered to help Clara out with her project financially.

On July 22nd, Clara received two strange messages on her cell phone. The first was a text message from 15over15 (no number) that reads merely: Keep the camera on. The second, however, is a voicemail left by Joel Frady. The number registered as Cynthia Frady's phone, though when Clara double checked with her, Cynthia claimed to have no knowledge of it.

Contents of the message:

Obviously, Frady was no longer behind bars. The disjointed message meant nothing to Clara, but after some rigorous analyzing in IRC we all came to an agreement on what the seemingly incoherent ramblings meant.

This portion made it clear that Frady wanted to go somewhere with religious significance. The name de Jesus refers to Fray Antonio Margil de Jesus, a missionary currently being considered for sainthood, who allegedly performed a miracle in the area of Nacogdoches known as Lanana Creek. In short, during a drought, de Jesus was said to have struck the ground twice and, as if by magic, twin springs opened up and solved the draught problem.

There is also a statue of de Jesus in downtown Nacogdoches, and the church that owns the statue is a few miles away. No one could agree 100% on one location, but we narrowed it down to those three and had Clara check them out. She started at the statue and then went to the spot on the Lanana Creek Trail where de Jesus performed his alleged miracle. This was where she discovered Joel Frady's body, dead of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Greetings Earthlings.

Sorry, I had to, lol. So I'm Esteed, or one of a number of other names over the wide expanse of the internet. I like LG15, D&D, POTC, LOTR, Exalted, World of Darkness, BESM (Big Eyes Small Mouth, an anime-based roleplaying game) Silent Hill (the entire series) Resident Evil (also the entire series) Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, Buffy and Angel, horror movies, vampires, Eliza Dushku, the Cthulhu Mythos...the list goes on and on, lol. I like to write and hope to one day become a published author. And I'm a dabbler in various occult practices, though I'm still a rookie there.

So, that's pretty much it for now. I'll probably update this with more info later.

She is, of course, absolutely gorgeous and not hard at all on the eyes, but that is only a plus to an already wonderful girl.
