I'm not sure about this article. The turtle wasn't given a name in the video, and I doubt he was given one through any other canon route, like a chat. Just because it's called a "Cha Cha turtle" doesn't mean that his name is "Cha Cha" ... if that were the naming convention, then Purple Monkey might be named "Pappa Geppetto."
