First off, I don't appreciate your condescending tone. Second off, there is no way it is the camera man. There is no way that they would miss a huge detail like that. They are not dumb to know what reflects in a scene and what doesn't that they have to stay away from. The only time I have seen the camera was from [[Uncle Dan]] and it is very, very, very, VERY tiny spot and very hard to see. The C's know that yes, we know this is a work of fiction but they still retain the aspect that it is filmed by the TAAG. Did ya'll see the character box at the end of each character's page and the actor box at the end of each actors page? They both have Gemma/Jackie Jandrell as a minor character/actor in the story, with Bree, Daniel, and Jonas as the main characters and the actors who play them as major actors. The main page should reflect the entire wiki. I propose waiting to see if Alex becomes an official vlogger, then either taking the Gemma spot out entirely or switching her for Alex. It's become clear that Gemma is most likely dead and that even if she isn't, no new vids will come from Gemmers15. Let's end this once and for all and keep the main page current! :I'm not sure why you changed those colors, the difference is almost imperceptible. I like the change to the background of "Full List of Characters" since it now matches the background of the column. However, I had to revert the changes to the background "Main Characters", "Bree", etc. because I didn't see the need to change from an official color to an almost identical (but slightly off) unofficial color. It's not your fault that you didn't know we had decided on a color scheme for the Main Page awhile back. I'm going to dig up that table and put it here for future reference. I just checked the source code and the top banner actually uses #194B95 as the background color, which is neither of the colors you and I were talking about. I'm not sure why that discrepancy is there, but I didn't make the color scheme table, so I don't know how the colors were determined. (I think Brucker made it--correct me if I'm wrong). For now, I'm going to revert that last blue color you changed (in the Main Characters box), if anything to prevent yet another unofficial color from being in the mix. #1E5DAA may not be correct, but it's used elsewhere on the main page and at least this way we'll keep it uniform and we'll know what to replace if we decide to revise the color scheme. I really don't know how the color scheme table came about, so I'd rather take your word for what's right. I think Misty's browser might have shown some color difference, judging by how she keeps testing the colors on the Main Page. I know this has already been debated, but I think that Alex should be moved to the Main Page very soon.
Some people have said she shouldn't because she's not a blogger like Bree, Daniel, Gemma and Jonas; I still consider her a main character. No one ever really said that all main characters have to be bloggers...

LG15 is a pseudo-reality site, HEAVY emphasis on the pseudo! Just because there are realistic elements in this "not a game" doesn't mean it has to be completely realistic. The create-a-trons are, after all, after a new form of drama. In some elements of this series, I wanna hang a big ol' sign in the tradition of Dante's Inferno, "Abandon logic all ye who enter here!" ;)

notice Alex said "the what Order" instead of the more grammatically likely "the Order of what?". who has ever heard of a group called the "whatever" Order? it's much for common to be called the Order of the "whatever" (i.e. "Princess Diaries"' fictional "The Order of the Rose"). Before I read the end of the transcript, this detail alone told me "she knows stuff; big stuff." even to the point where she knows the proper name of the Order (there's a group supposedly so secret, people call it the name of the hotel they meet at; no ''outsiders'' know its proper name.)
Also, Alex mentions "I couldn't have killed your parents because they're still alive". Um, who mentioned death? Jonas only mentioned the collection of articles and such were of people she "betrayed". I think Alex is tipping her hand a little prematurely by such suggestions of her knowing the Order's true name and willing to jump to murder when no one mentioned it.

:I like the shorter descriptions, if for no other reason than it allows us to keep an extra video on display. I don't think it's necessary for the descriptions to be the official video description. I only used the same variable name so that it could be quickly and easily copied from the video pages. Also, is that OpVid template tested and ready? ==Spam attack?==
This talk page has been hit a half dozen times by a spam bot. The bot will continue to edit this page. The only way to really stop it, is to protect the page. I hate to protect the Talk:Main Page, but I don't really know what else to do. The way the spam bot works is it always attacks the same page from a different IP address. If we protect this page, maybe we can create sort of an FAQ for where noobs can ask questions? And, of course, registered accounts can still ask questions here? My reasoning for this is the fact that keeping up with OpAphid is supossedly not required to keep up with Lonelygirl15. For instance, I never hopped on the bandwagon and haven't tried to get caught up because it wasn't one of those things were you could just "hop in." I think OpAphid needs more prominence given recent developments, but balk at the idea of incorporating the characters from that series into the lg15 info fully unless it becomes fully integrated. What do you think about putting links to The Story So Far and [[Lonelygirl15Recaps]] on the main page? Or the recaps as a featured article (though it would need some sprucing up first)? Coming to the main page of the lgpedia as a newby probably still feels overwhelming despite all the great improvements here as of late, unless i'm missing something myself. Hi all, 
I know it's hard to get a screencap of Daniel. He's either behind the camera, or holding it two inches from his face. However, that hasn't deterred me from trying to find a better picture for his thumbnail on the main page. I looked through some videos and found good "photo ops" in [[Purple Monkey Returns]] and [[For The Ladies]]. The screencaps I got are below. They would still need to be cropped and tried out in [[Main page/redesign]]. However, I first wanted to get a sense of what pictures people liked best, and whether anyone thinks that they are more flattering than the current one. The thumbnails for my suggestions are below. Did ya'll see the character box at the end of each character's page and the actor box at the end of each actors page? They both have Gemma/Jackie Jandrell as a minor character/actor in the story, with Bree, Daniel, and Jonas as the main characters and the actors who play them as major actors. The main page should reflect the entire wiki. I propose waiting to see if Alex becomes an official vlogger, then either taking the Gemma spot out entirely or switching her for Alex. :I just talked to my friend, and the while we could not identify the font, we decided a couple things: (1) It looks a lot like [http://www.linotype.com/12802/serifa75black-font.html Serifa Black], although that doesn't seem to be it. (2) It looks like the 'g' is from another typeface entirely, since it doesn't really match the rest of the letters very well in a number of ways. This type of font is generally referred to as a "slab serif" style font, but I can't find a font of that type with the sort fo curl shown on the top of the 'r' and the bottom of the 'y'.
