==Who is lonelygirl15?==

[[Bree|Lonelygirl15]], a.k.a. Bree, is an intelligent, yet awkward and geeky teenager. Raised in a strict, isolated household, she lacks many of the social skills possessed by her peers. She never went out with friends much, and spent much of her time reading or playing juvenile games, such as interacting with her three stuffed animals, [[Thor]] the bear, [[Owen]] the turtle, and [[Purple Monkey|P. Monkey]]. Bree was home schooled, and she and her parents moved around a lot, which limited her social experiences and left her without any true friends. For a short while she attended high school, but the social pressures, teasing and her lack of experience proved too overwhelming for her to bear. However, she did leave her short stint in public high school with one friend, [[Daniel]]. Later on, we find that Bree also has one other connection from her short school expirience, [[Cassie]].

==Her Beginning==
In June of 2006, Bree bought a webcam and began posting on [[YouTube]]. At first, she posted simple, silly clips of her and her stuffed animals, which she explains were edited by a friend. Later on, however, she opened up to the audience and began sharing more and more about herself, her life, religion and troubles. [[My Parents Suck...|Bree explains]] that her religion often prevents her from doing normal, teenage activities. Along the way, [[The Danielbeast|she introduces Daniel (as DanielBeast)]], her best and only ''real'' friend. Although he just sits on the bed and reads magazines most of the time, he occasionally participates in her clips, such as their spoof of each other, "[[Proving Science Wrong... with Lonelybeast and Danielgirl15]]".

Daniel and Bree spend more and more time together, [[My Parents... Let Us Go Hiking!!!|going on hikes]], [[Swimming!|swimming]] or just sitting in her bedroom. Bree's father asks Daniel to film Bree's play for her annual religious summer camp. Daniel refuses, and [[What Bree's Dad Said...|Bree's father reacts negatively]], straining her friendship with Daniel. Afterwards, tears are shed and angry words are exchanged between the friends. Daniel [[To Hell With Bree's Dad (yeah!)|posts a video]] explaining how he intends to attend her play, though not to film it, much to the surprise and happiness of Bree. Having gotten over the first hurdle in their public relationship, Bree excitedly shares that she has been chosen to participate in a sacred ceremony for her religion. Bree does not share many details about this religion except to say that she is truly committed to her faith.

==Her Rebellion==
Daniel [[I Want to Take Bree to a Party!|invites Bree to a party]], something she has never experienced, and with people she only met during her short time in public education (and who also [[Poor Pluto|teased her]] for her intellectual curiosity in science class). Her parents forbid her to go, but Bree [[I'm Going to the Party!|decides to sneak out anyway]]. Much to her dismay, her father is waiting for her when she gets home. She is promptly placed under "[[House Arrest|house arrest]]," and her father forbids her to see Daniel anymore. After this first rebellious act against her parents, it seems as if Bree has become addicted to sneaking out, or perhaps she just relishes her newfound freedom. Daniel invites her on various "dates" and Bree is confused about teen love. She's never had a boyfriend before, and obviously never experienced a kiss, so Daniel's desire to be something more than friends befuddles her, especially when [[My First Kiss|he kisses her]] at another party.

==Her Religion==
In the video [[A Change In My Life]], Bree sheds some light on the ceremony for which she has been chosen to participate. For the [[The Ceremony (ritual)|ceremony]], she has to learn [[Enochian|a new language]], go on a special diet, learn special steps, take [[iron pills|iron supplements]] and receive weekly [[Bree's injections|injections]].

Although Bree promises to have a dinner with Daniel, she realizes that she has to attend an annual [[Fall Equinox]] ceremony for [[Bree's religion|her religion]]. Again, her mysterious religion tears Daniel and Bree apart. She decides that her religion is more important to her than her only friend. She gains a "[[My Helper|helper]]" whose role is to assist her in preparing for the upcoming ceremony. She is already studying hard, dieting, taking pills and receiving mysterious shots. Nevertheless, she enjoys this new female friend. Daniel, still angry, [[Where Are They Going?|follows Bree and her helper]], [[Lucy]], in order to figure out the woman's purpose and motives. Bree sees the videoblog of Daniel following her and is upset. She tells Daniel via [[Daniel Crossed The Line|videoblog]] to leave her alone and stop following her. She also warns him about the power of those in her religious order. Daniel ignores her and begins to become alarmed by the extent to which her religion affects events in Bree's life.

==Her Ceremony==
Daniel finds inconclusive, yet disturbing stories about a man associated with Bree's religion, [[Aleister Crowley]]. He follows Bree and her helper yet again and in a secluded, wooded area stumbles upon the ceremony. As Daniel [[The Ceremony|films part of the secret ritual]], he notices that he is being watched. Fleeing through the darkness, he escapes into his car before being caught. After that, he follows Bree's helper Lucy to her apartment and waits until she leaves, [[Following The Helper|breaking in]] and finding pictures on Lucy's computer of himself videotaping the ceremony, along with maps of locations in Texas, Arizona, California, Alaska and Alberta, Canada. Shaken and paranoid, Daniel is convinced that Bree's "cult," as he calls it, is following him as he followed them. Bree hears of this and becomes extremely worried about Daniel's safety. So he goes "underground," staying at a friend's home to hide from the cult. Daniel calls Bree, finding out that under the instruction of Lucy and other cult members [[I Lied To Daniel|Bree has lied]] to him about the ceremony, which was faked. As it turns out, Bree knows very little about purpose and date of the ''actual'' ceremony. Furthermore, Bree's father seems to have little information about the injections he was giving to her. Bree realizes that Lucy will not answer any of Bree's questions. With Daniel's encouragement, Bree decides not to participate in the ceremony, and her parents surprisingly support her decision. Meanwhile, Bree is contacted by [[Gemma]], an old friend, who warns her of the power and influence of [[The Order|the "Order"]]. This prompts Bree to reunite with Daniel at his house.

==Her Getaway==
While at Daniel's house, [[Still At Daniel's|Bree's parents contact her]] to tell her that she should sleep at Daniel's for the night, an extreme contrast to the conservative parents Bree has known. A few days later, Bree and Daniel, both worried, decide to return to her home after receiving no responses to their numerous phone calls. Upon arriving at the house, and from within the safety of Daniel's car [[On The Run|they witness her parents leaving]] with Lucy and a man from the ceremony. Once the car drives off, the two enter Bree's house to examine the scene. Hidden inside the P. Monkey puppet, Bree finds a note and some money left by her parents. The note advises her to stay with Daniel. Daniel and Bree worry about whether or not Daniel's house is a safe location. They make the decision to run away. They sleep in the car for a few days before settling in to a [[The motel|motel]]. Bree seems to be her usual silly self, but [[Someone's Following You|Gemma warns her]] that she is being followed by a "[[Watcher]]", a member of the Order who is stalking them. They both flee again, finding [[The second motel|another motel]]. [[Silent Treatment|Daniel is upset with Bree]] for not taking the situation seriously.

==Her New Friend==
Bree is left a video comment by [[Jonas]], who wishes Lonelygirl and Danielbeast a [[Happy Thanksgiving]]. He does not give out much background information about himself, and says only that his parents mysteriously disappeared while sailing six years ago, and expresses his sympathy for Bree, a fellow "orphan". Meanwhile, Daniel and Bree return to their motel room to find it [[Ransacked!|ransacked]]. With all of their money stolen, and now having only the small amount left that Daniel is carrying, and they flee once again. Daniel becomes increasingly aggravated and wants to go back home, but Bree is not convinced that they are safe. Bree receives a vblog from Gemma who fears she too is being followed by a Watcher. [[Scared To Go Home|Scared to go home]], Gemma hides out at a friend's home, noticeably distressed, much like Daniel when he realized he was being followed. The situation for Bree and Daniel grows increasingly worse when Daniel is informed by someone named [[Tachyon]] that his car is bugged with a tracking device. Deciding that the safest choice is to [[Homeless|abandon the car]], the now-homeless couple has to resort to dumpster diving for food and a dirty abandoned warehouse for shelter. In November 28th online chat session, it is suggested that Bree and Daniel accept the help of Jonas, who is apparently rich, unemployed and lives alone in a large house. However, Daniel and Gemma are not convinced. Bree [[Your Decision|chooses to stay with Jonas]], but Daniel decides to [[Back Home|return home]].

==Her Betrayal==
Jonas posts [[Tough Cookie|a video claiming that Gemma was lying]] about being in London; apparently she is in California and still active in the Order. This, along with Daniel's abandonment of her, drives Bree to sulk for several days. Meanwhile, Daniel decides to go [[Back At Bree's|back to Bree's house]] and investigate, finding evidence that leads him to [[Breaking And Entering|break into a pharmaceutical warehouse]]. Bree decides to take action herself and begins by [[Bree Phone Home|calling her friends and family]] to see if anyone has had contact with her parents. She initially seems to find no helpful information, but in a call to an uncle, receives a coded message from her father, indicating that he is okay and requesting that she meet him. She reminisces about her old friend [[Cassie]] with whom Bree made some prank phone calls during their brief friendship. By the time she finishes making her calls, Bree concludes that the "Gemma Incident" is good reason to avoid contact with those in "The Community."

==Her Reunion==
On Christmas Day, much to Bree's [[Christmas Surprise|surprise]] and elation, Daniel arrives at Jonas's house. However, on the following day, Jonas and Daniel wake to find that [[Bree's Gone|Bree is gone]] along with Jonas's car, one of his credit cards, and some of his cash. Daniel decides to examine Bree's recent videos more closely to find an explanation of her disappearance, and realizes that she has been communicating with her father in code, and has gone to meet with him. Jonas and Daniel [[Roadtrip|try to track down Bree]] and eventually find her meeting with her father. The Order suddenly appears and [[The Unthinkable Happened|shoots Bree's dad]], while Bree escapes with the boys. Bree spends several days depressed, while Daniel and Jonas each try to cheer her up.

==Her Rejection==
Daniel posts a video annoucing that he "[[Bree And I Hooked Up|hooked up]]" with Bree. Jonas is [[Kicked Out|kicked out]] of his own house when Daniel makes a special candle light dinner for Bree, but it apparently doesn't go well.

Bree posts a video saying [[Daniel's A Liar|Daniel has lied]], and she just kissed him in a act of impulse and there is nothing more to it. Daniel is so upset that he leaves the next day and [[Truth Or Dare|gets drunk at a local bowling alley]]. Jonas picks up Daniel, who is too drunk to drive himself home. Daniel is accompanied by a nameless young woman ([[Katherine McPhee]] in a cameo appearance), who hangs out with Bree and Jonas while Daniel sleeps off the liquor. Daniel wakes up the next morning with a terrible [[hungover|hangover]]. Since Bree is frustrated by the antics of Jonas and Daniel, she decides to think about [[Time To Grow Up|career plans]] and her need for privacy. Meanwhile, Daniel states that he will no longer pursue Bree, choosing to spend his time [[Foosball Battle|playing foosball with Jonas]] and giving Bree space. Daniel decides to go [[For The Ladies|back to the bowling alley]] to look for the unnamed young woman, or someone else to replace Bree.

==Her Hunt for Daniel==
When Daniel does not return from the bowling alley, Bree posts a video sharing [[Daniel's Missing!|her concern for his safety]], as no one has heard from him. Bree confesses that she still wants him in her life, though she does not want a romantic relationship. Jonas and Bree [[Looking For Daniel|go to the bowling alley]] to look for him. Bree receives a cryptic text message from Daniel that says 'No good' but does not state his location. Jonas talks with a bartender who saw Daniel leave with a local man, so they head for the man's house "in the mountains". It gets late and they still haven't found the "local" man's house, so they [[Sleepover|stop at a motel]], where they are forced to share a bed, to Jonas's discomfort. A couple of days later, Daniel posts a strange video [[Miss Me?|trying to persuade Bree to rejoin the Order]]. Assuming Daniel has been coerced or brainwashed, Bree posts a video [[Me For Daniel|offering to do the ceremony if Daniel is released]]. When it comes time to [[The Human Ransom|trade herself]] for Daniel, they all escape the Order with the help of Tachyon. Bree [[Rescuing Daniel|sums up what she can]] about Tachyon and [[OpAphid]], an organization closely affiliated with the Order who has been posting videos for some time, expressing that she wishes to more actively oppose the Order.

==Her Getaway, Part 2==
Jonas [[Valentine's Day Massacre|declares]] that he too is sick of running and wants to fight the Order. A few days later, Daniel sees a Watcher in their driveway. Jonas walks out to confront the Watcher and has a brief scuffle, but the Watcher backs off when Bree jumps in front of Jonas. The three [[Yellow Snow|run to Jonas's parents' cabin in the mountains]]. When they arrive, [[Snow Angels|Bree and Jonas go on a hike]] and search the area without Daniel. [[Jonas Sucks|This angers Daniel]] as he is convinced that Jonas is hitting on Bree. They patch things up after Jonas says he has no interest in Bree at all. Daniel finds a package from Tachyon, and he uses it to crack the code on a disk that was left with Bree, which contains [[Semiotics|files on the origin of the Watcher symbol]].

==Her Suspicion of Jonas==
[[How Dumb Am I?|Bree discovers a Watcher symbol]] in Jonas's cabin, and concludes that Jonas is working for the Order, like Gemma. She ties up Jonas to question him, to [[Bree Is Crazy|Daniel's shock]]. After Daniel loosens his bindings [[What The Hell?!??!|Jonas escapes]], taking the car keys with him so that Bree and Daniel can't leave, but not the car itself, as he intends to stay and prove his innocence. Jonas then [[Proving Bree Wrong|breaks into the cabin]] to find evidence that he is not indeed with the Order. He shows Bree and Daniel his evidence and they finally believe him.

==Her Investigation==
Our intrepid protagonists then [[On The Road Again|head for the coast]] to stay at Jonas's Aunt Alex's house. [[Sorry Jonas|Bree tries to atone for her treatment of Jonas]], but Jonas, still angry, ignores her pleas for forgiveness. [[Flesh Wound|Jonas punctures his hand]] with a screwdriver while trying to break into his aunt's study and Bree takes him to a vet to get the wound stitched up, as she is afraid the Order will track them down if they go to a hospital. The gang then manages to break into Jonas's aunt's study, and finds that [[My Hand Hurts|she has been undertaking a substantial inquiry]] into the organization that Jonas's parents formed as a movement against the Order. [[Aunt Alex|Daniel and Jonas pick up Alex from the Airport]], and Daniel immediately starts hitting on her, despite Jonas's warnings and Alex's saying that she doesn't have the time for a boyfriend.

==Her Training==
Bree has decided to meet up with [[Tachyon]] instead of going to the airport, due to a spat with Jonas. They go to one of Tacyon's secret camps where [[Training Hard|Bree receives "Bad-Ass" training]]. Meanwhile, Daniel and Jonas go to a "fashion industry party" with Alex. [[Uncle Dan|At the party]], Daniel hits on Alex, and Jonas gets extremely annoyed. There is a framed photo sitting on a table that appears to be a picture of Alex and Lucy, but neither Daniel nor Jonas seem to take notice of it, even though it is [[Lucy!?!?!|obvious to Bree]], who sees it in [[Uncle Dan|the video]]. Bree decides that she's going to go back to Daniel and Jonas, even though she thinks it will "piss off" Tachyon. When Jonas sees [[Lucy!?!?!|Bree's warning video]], he confronts Alex and tries to run away with [[Daniel]]. Wanting to give Alex a chance to explain herself, Daniel returns to the house, where [[Alex Is...|Alex coldly reveals]] that [[Jonas's parents]] are still alive and with [[the Order]].

==Her Getaway, Part 3==
Bree, Daniel, and Jonas [[Truckstop Reunion|meet up]] at a truckstop after the shocking revelation by Alex that Jonas's parents are alive. Daniel and Jonas then want to teach Bree how to play foosball, but [[Co-Ed Foosball|to spin is a sin]]. After that, the threesome [[Vegas, Baby!|goes to Las Vegas]], and while there, is apparently tracked down by [[the Order]]. Bree decides they should stop posting videos so [[OpAphid]] won't find them anymore.

==About vandalism==

I think it's good that you're watching out for the LGpedia. Sometimes people make destructive edits. However, in this last case, although I might not necessarily agree with the edit, I don't think it was so bad that the user needed to be labeled as a vandal. I usually do that only if the intent was clearly malicious (eg, using foul language, making things up, or blanking pages for no reason). 
So I guess keep in mind for the future that although some edits should be reversed, you don't always need to label the user a vandal.

Its baically a program im trying to play around with that i am making for LGpedia, its still under Beta as you would put it, as i found out it didnt work..I informed The Staff of Lonelygirl15 and told them i wanted to see if it would work, it didnt.

It bassically a Program to Max Move certain Articales into one Articale as if it was to be merged, but you get a list and you can check what to merge into where, pretty simple, it just dont work right yet...GRR. i plan on adding more Javascript into it, i just dont know yet..

The Creators i informed. it worked on the False Wiki i made from a diffrent site. i just dont know.

Sorry Jay, but I really disagree with Buka's status as a "character". He purported to be an online fan who had no connection to Bree & Daniel any larger than any of us, except that he gets to run their fan site. Therefore if he's a character in LG, we all are. While he deserves a page, because his ineptness as forum admin led to the Anchor Cove secession and he was in a sense a bridge between the creators and the fans, he was not a part of the story at all. After realizing everything that person did the same to every page, I checked their user contributions and clicked each one that was left. There was no "rollback" link next to the ones you fixed. What it's also really helpful for is knowing that we reverted everything they did. If I look at their contribs, I see no rollback links anymore. Victory! I cannot believe how ''unsupportive'' you have been of the LL series, regardless of how self-promoting you think the article is. Never even mind the fact that you've been working on your series' article to your heart's content--nominate it for an FA if you feel like it. Maybe a free publicity won't sound so bad if it's for you. No one will be as "blunt" (HA, try ''crude'', or maybe ''deprecating'') as you have been to these people. I cannot believe how you will flip out over a YourMomIsSmarmy page not getting enough so-called support, and then waltz over there and bash those people and the series that they like. ==Is Nikki Official?==
Many fans speculate Nikki may be an official character of the LG15 series, but so far this has not been proven. Some fans speculate that she may become an official character eventually, much like [[Gemma]] and [[Jonas]] did. Others believe that she may have been created as a source to disclose information to LG15 fans without straight-out saying it in one of the other official videos.

The production value of her videos suggest she may be an official character; however her videos lack the repeated cuts found in other canon videos (which gave away both Gemma and Jonas). Additionally, in her first video she displayed the full URL of the forum, which many fans speculate may be yet another clue to her being official (trying to attract fans to the forum).

In comments after Nikki's sixth video "Where is Jonas?" a YouTuber called Memewhile declared "This is another actor hired by the Creative Artist agency in LA as part of the Lonelygirl15 series. She is reading a script written by Ramesh Flinders". Nikki responded by saying innocently, "Who's Ramesh?"

The most significant clue which may point to her being an official character is found in her video [[What I Found at Topanga Canyon - NBR 2]]. In this video, Nikki Bower finds a small box near the site of [[The Ceremony]] with a lock of blond hair in it. However, on the top of the box the symbol of [[Watcher|The Watchers]] is engraved. This video was posted ten days ''before'' [[Gemma]]'s video [[A Watcher]] was posted, where the symbol was first introduced.

However, one theory that adresses this issue is that Nikki is simply a fan who has been recieving tips from the Creators. In her first video, Nikki goes to Topanga Canyon but doesn't find anything, and asks for ideas from other fans. In her next video, she says that "I got a lot of tips, and I am back here in Topanga Canyon." And later: "I was told in a private email message, that longitude may have more signifigance than we think. And it may have to do with footsteps." When she takes 118 steps (corresponding to 118 degrees longitude where the canyon is located) she reaches a bridge. "One of you guys told me to keep my eyes out for the bridge... this is the bridge." And looking around the bridge, she finds the box. It is quite possible that the anonymous tipper was The Creators, who got excited at Nikki's first video and decided to plant some clues. Later, in NBR 7, Nikki finds Gemma's building after "I was lucky enough to get an anonymous message that gave me the ZIP Code of where Gemma is residing. I don't know if it was from Tachyon herself or one of her cohorts..." So it seems that Nikki is not exactly an official character, but simply a fan who has caught the attention of the Creators - a pawn, if you will.

On January 25, a post on [[Milowent]]'s blog revealed that Nikki Bower was portrayed by [[Alli Danziger]] a friend of [[the Creators]], however, Nikki has stated that she is not canon. It is clear however that despite being revealed as fictional, Nikki is determined to remain [["in character"|in character]].

I agree..that its a bit of a mess. And yet there is MORe..It reads like piss warmed in a skillet. Basically, I've been trying to get a bit of base info down..and then attempt to edit it to readability. Lack of large amounts of time, ADD and this damn bit of pneumonia I have has not helped...throw some boredom in and I'll be done by Christmas. Ultimately, Some of the subpages were made before I had a lot of knowledge of the wiki..but had some thoughts even then they would be brought back in to the main page. By the way... ==Suspicious Motives?==
I think that there should be a section on LordGreystoke422's motives (including theories that he is dangerous force acting against Bree's best intentions). Evidence for this being:
* 1. He has the same diet of Ice cream and Pizza (as featured in his videos) as that eaten by the order and fed to Daniel in his last video.
* 2. He is often cited as friendly associate in the videos of Tannhaus, the notorious Thelemite on Youtube.
* 3. He has a dog which is suspiciously intelligent (like in the Omen films).
* 4. His bookshelf often contains books on the occult.
* 5. He looks like a Goth, the classic look of a person who indulges in the dark arts (see Marilin Manson, Alice Cooper et al).

I think that is enough reasons for a including this section. I wont put it in as I am sure it would just get deleted, so if you agree please add your comments below. Don’t ask me for the relevant links or further evidence as I can’t be arsed and I have to go out to my mandarin class.

During the filming, before his identity was revealed, Yousef kept a low profile, keeping to his house and wearing sun glasses when he went out. After [[The Creators]] and crew came forward, Yousef was interviewed by MTV and CNN. He also appeared with Jessica on the [[Tom Green]] show.

In the video [[Gemma (Part V)]], it appears that [[Brother/10033|Brother]] aims a gun at Gemma, possibly in an attempt to kill her. Her death appears to be confirmed in the [[OpAphid]] video [[The Ends Justify The Means]], where a message in braille appears that angrams to "RIP Gemma." Like [[Bree's father|Bree's dad]], her death appears to have taken place on Dec. 31, 2006.

[[Lose Something?]] is now number 0121b, meaning it goes after [[Foosball Battle]] (although because of a glitch, it looks like it comes right before). [[The Ends Justify The Means]] is number 0115b, coming in right after [[Bree And I Hooked Up]]. In that case it actually shows up in the right order in the list. So this is an Op blog, but it comes after "The Cowboy" in the template, and not after "Lose Something?"... am I confusing you or making sense?

:#I think the distinction between LG15 and OpAphid was just killed. This presents some difficulties for the LGPedia that I will try to address below.
:#All the OpAphid videos should be integrated into the series, using the numbers suggested on the sidebar of the main lonelygirl15.com page.
:#As far as the LGPedia goes, we do nothing but speculate in the notes section. What a person might do elsewhere is entirely up to them.
:#It's hard to tell at this point what Daniel is really on about with Cassie. He may have been reminded of her by the Order, (imagine if itscassie turns out to be canon, and Daniel has reconnected with her; it's possible, although I still don't think it's so) as the fact that it has been mentioned suggests it is going to be important to the plot.

Okay, OwenIsCool, I've got to backtrack and explain why I changed. The video is posted on YouTube under the Danielbeast account, not OpAphid. Likewise, on Revver, the video appears on the lonelygirl15 account (Daniel has no Revver account, all his videos are posted on Bree's), but not on the OpAphid account. Despite the description of the video referring to Daniel in the third person, Daniel himself does so in the video. :I see where you're coming from on this and it makes sense. However you know how I tend to disregard whose account videos get posted to since sometimes it doesn't seem all that logical. In the forum thread that JayHenry linked to above, the Creators mentioned that they were going to post all vids to Bree's account from now. Turns out they've been doing "research" trying to determine whether her account just intrinsically gets more views--and apparently it does. That means that the Sleepover video posted to Bree's account was probably intended to be from Jonas, just like it sounded. Jonas's account gets the least views of any. Likewise here, I think they might have posted to Daniel's to get more views, and (in-character) because Op has hacked his account (and his brain, seriously).
:My interpretation for Revver is that Miss Me is on the left (official) side, not because it's from Daniel, but because all Op videos are on the left bar now (see my note further down on the page). As to the material in the video itself, all characteristics point to Op. The logo, the weird sounds, the backwards audio, the puzzle, and the intent behind it (to get Bree). It's Daniel talking the whole time, but I'd say the "writer and director" is still Op, and the video is from them.

The newest development with regards to OpAphid presents us with a question on which templates to use for these videos. The regular [[Template:Blog3|Blog3 template]] that we'd used for the official series or the green [[Template:Aphid|Aphid template]]. I suppose I have a slight preference for the Aphid template. ::::::Ok, so I took a look at the main webpage. It's a mess. They've incorporated all the Op vids except for "You made the right choice" (the first one). They're still using the awkward ####b numbering, which screws up the order. It makes the Adventures in Babysitting video (Op ransacking their motel room) come before the Thanksgiving hike, which is where they were while the room was broken into. Etc, etc. To make matters worse, sometimes there's two Opvideos in a row, giving us ####b and ####c... how unelegant. I'm for renumbering everything to fit in the Op videos, but for some reason the Creators thought this was a better solution. Can we do it our way? Oh, and none of the Tachyon vids were incorporated. I'll bet anything they'll be incorporated as soon as we're done working out this Op merge.

Some thoughts:
* As for incorporating the OpAphid videos, I've taken the same approach that we used with Gemma and Jonas as you can see at [[List of Lonelygirl15 videos]]. They also numbered those first Gemma episodes as, you know, 44a, or whatever. But I think it's fine to leave them in the list where they happened chronologically, but without a number. And, similarly with those early Gemma vids, we simply had [[Nut Kills Man]] go to [[Living In London]]. We didn't retroactively make it direct to the lg videos. I suggest, to save ourselves the work, that we do the same here.
* The Watcher symbol suggests to me that this is an OpAphid video. As long as the ambiguity is clear in our notes section, though, I don't see the harm in having it one way or the other.
* The notes section has gotten way too long on this one. It seems to me that all puzzles should have their own pages like the [[Bree Phone Home puzzle]]. The general solution can be briefly summarizedon the video page, and the complete puzzle solution included on the puzzle page.

I have a suggestion that I brought up before and it was shot down, but I'm going to bring it up again, since I think it may be more applicable now. It also would be a fair amount of work, unfortunately, but might resolve some ambiguity. In the section of the template that says "Adjacent blogs", we could have two or more subsections. One subsection has previous/next for the overall series, while the other one points to previous/next in the specific user's blog. The second section could be optional, since especially in the case of lg15 videos, those will often be the same. There are a few ways this could be implemented, but I'm hoping this puts across the basic idea enough to discuss the possibility. ==Who is lonelygirl15?==
On May 24, 2006 the world was touched by a sweet young girl experiencing the troubles of everyday life, but it turned out to be something more than that. The truth about lonelygirl15's life was told, and the world was captivated . . .
[[Bree|Lonelygirl15]], a.k.a. Bree, is an intelligent, yet awkward and geeky teenager. Raised in a strict, isolated household, she lacks many of the social skills possessed by her peers. She does not go out with friends much, and spends much of her time reading or playing juvenile games, such as interacting with her three stuffed animals, [[Thor]] the bear, [[Owen]] the Turtle, and [[Purple Monkey|P. Monkey]]. Bree is home schooled, and she and her parents have moved around a lot, which has limited her social experiences and has left her without any true friends. For a short while she attended high school, but the social pressures, teasing and her lack of experience proved too overwhelming for her to bear. However, she did leave her short stint in public high school with one friend, [[Daniel]].

==Her Beginning==
In June of 2006, Bree bought a webcam and began posting on [[YouTube]]. At first, she posted simple, silly clips of her and her stuffed animals, which she explains were edited by a friend. Later on, however, she opened up to the audience and began sharing more and more about herself, her life, religion and troubles. [[My Parents Suck...|Bree explains]] that her religion often prevents her from doing normal, teenage activities. Along the way, [[The Danielbeast|she introduces Daniel (as DanielBeast)]], her best and only ''real'' friend. Although he just sits on the bed and reads magazines most of the time, he occasionally participates in her clips, such as their spoof of each other, "[[Proving Science Wrong... with Lonelybeast and Danielgirl15]]".

Daniel and Bree spend more and more time together, [[My Parents... Let Us Go Hiking!!!|going on hikes]], [[Swimming!|swimming]] or just sitting in her bedroom. Bree's father asks Daniel to film Bree's play for her annual religious summer camp. Daniel refuses and [[What Bree's Dad Said...|Bree's father reacts negatively]], straining her friendship with Daniel. Afterwards, tears are shed and angry words are exchanged between the friends. Daniel [[To Hell With Bree's Dad (yeah!)|posts a video]] explaining how he intends to attend her play, though not to film it, much to the surprise and happiness of Bree. Having gotten over the first hurdle in their public relationship, Bree excitedly shares that she has been chosen to participate in a sacred ceremony for her religion. Bree does not share many details about this religion except to say that she is truly committed to her faith.

==Her Rebellion==
Daniel [[I Want to Take Bree to a Party!|invites Bree to a party]], something she has never experienced, and with people she only met during her short time in public education (and who also [[Poor Pluto|teased her]] for her intellectual curiosity in science class). Her parents forbid her to go, but Bree [[I'm Going to the Party!|decides to sneak out anyway]]. Much to her dismay, her father is waiting for her when she gets home. She is promptly placed under "[[House Arrest|house arrest]]" and her father forbids her to see Daniel anymore. After this first rebellious act against her parents, it seems as if Bree has become addicted to sneaking out, or perhaps she just relishes her newfound freedom. Daniel invites her on various "dates" and Bree is confused about teen love. She's never had a boyfriend before and obviously never experienced a kiss, so Daniel's desire to be something more than friends befuddles her, especially when [[My First Kiss|he kisses her]] at another party.

==Her Religion==
In the video [[A Change In My Life]], Bree sheds some light on the ceremony for which she has been chosen to participate. For the [[Bree's ritual|ceremony]], she has to learn [[Enochian|a new language]], go on a special diet, learn special steps, take [[iron pills|iron supplements]] and receive weekly [[Bree's injections|injections]].

Although Bree promises to have a dinner with Daniel, she realizes that she has to attend an annual [[Fall Equinox]] ceremony for [[Bree's religion|her religion]]. Again, her mysterious religion tears Daniel and Bree apart. She decides that her religion is more important to her than her only friend. She gains a "[[My Helper|helper]]" whose role is to assist her in preparing for the upcoming ceremony. She is already studying hard, dieting, taking pills and receiving mysterious shots. Nevertheless, she enjoys this new female friend. Daniel, still angry, [[Where Are They Going?|follows Bree and her helper]], [[Lucy]], in order to figure out the woman's purpose and motives. Bree sees the videoblog of Daniel following her and is upset. She tells Daniel via [[Daniel Crossed The Line|videoblog]] to leave her alone and stop following her. She also warns him about the power of those in her religious order. Daniel ignores her and begins to become alarmed by the extent to which her religion affects events in Bree's life.

==Her Ceremony==
Daniel finds inconclusive, yet disturbing stories about a man associated with Bree's religion, [[Aleister Crowley]]. He follows Bree and her helper yet again and in a secluded, wooded area stumbles upon the ceremony. As Daniel [[The Ceremony|films part of the secret ritual]], he notices that he is being watched. Fleeing through the darkness, he escapes into his car before being caught. After that, he follows Bree's helper Lucy to her apartment and waits until she leaves, [[Following The Helper|breaking in]] and finding pictures on Lucy's computer of himself videotaping the ceremony, along with maps of locations in Texas, Arizona, California, Alaska and Alberta, Canada. Shaken and paranoid, Daniel is convinced that Bree's "cult," as he calls it, is following him as he followed them. Bree hears of this and becomes extremely worried about Daniel's safety. So he goes "underground," staying at a friend's home to hide from the cult. Daniel calls Bree, finding out that under the instruction of Lucy and other cult members [[I Lied To Daniel|Bree has lied]] to him about the ceremony, which was faked. As it turns out, Bree knows very little about purpose and date of the ''actual'' ceremony. Furthermore, Bree's father seems to have little information about the injections he was giving to her. Bree realizes that Lucy will not answer any of Bree's questions. With Daniel's encouragement, Bree decides not to participate in the ceremony, and her parents surprisingly support her decision. Meanwhile, Bree is contacted by [[Gemma]], an old friend, who warns her of the power and influence of [[The Order|the "Order"]]. This prompts Bree to reunite with Daniel at his house.

==Her Getaway==
While at Daniel's house, [[Still At Daniel's|Bree's parents contact her ]] to tell her that she should sleep at Daniel's for the night, an extreme contrast to the conservative parents Bree has known. A few days later, Bree and Daniel, both worried, decide to return to her home after receiving no responses to their numerous phone calls. Upon arriving at the house and from within the safety of Daniel's car [[On The Run|they witness her parents leaving]] with Lucy and a man from the ceremony. Once the car drives off, the two enter Bree's house to examine the scene. Hidden inside the P. Monkey puppet, Bree finds a note and some money left by her parents. The note advises her to stay with Daniel. Daniel and Bree worry about whether or not Daniel's house is a safe location. They make the decision to run away. They sleep in the car for a few days before settling in to a [[The motel|motel]]. Bree seems to be her usual silly self, but [[Someone's Following You|Gemma warns her]] that she is being followed by a "[[Watcher]]", a member of the Order who is stalking them. They both flee again, finding [[The second motel|another motel]]. [[Silent Treatment|Daniel is upset with Bree]] for not taking the situation seriously.

==Her New Friend==
Bree is left a video comment by [[Jonas]], who wishes Lonelygirl and Danielbeast a [[Happy Thanksgiving]]. He does not give out much background information about himself and says only that his parents mysteriously disappeared while sailing six years ago, and expresses his sympathy for Bree, a fellow "orphan". Meanwhile, Daniel and Bree return to their motel room to find it [[Ransacked!|ransacked]]. With all of their money stolen and now having only the small amount left that Daniel is carrying, and they flee once again. Daniel becomes increasingly aggravated and wants to go back home, but Bree is not convinced that they are safe. Bree receives a vblog from Gemma who fears she too is being followed by a Watcher. [[Scared To Go Home|Scared to go home]], Gemma hides out at a friend's home, noticeably distressed, much like Daniel when he realized he was being followed. The situation for Bree and Daniel grows increasingly worse when Daniel is informed by someone named Tachyon that his car is bugged with a tracking device. Deciding that the safest choice is to [[Homeless|abandon the car]], the now-homeless couple has to resort to dumpster diving for food and a dirty abandoned warehouse for shelter. In November 28th online chat session, it is suggested that Bree and Daniel accept the help of Jonas, who is apparently rich, unemployed and lives alone in a large house. However, Daniel and Gemma are not convinced. Bree [[Your Decision|chooses to stay with Jonas]], but Daniel decides to [[Back Home|return home]].

==Her Betrayal==
Jonas posts [[Tough Cookie|a video claiming that Gemma was lying]] about being in London; apparently she is in California and still active in the Order. This, along with Daniel's abandonment of her, drives Bree to sulk for several days. Meanwhile, Daniel decides to go [[Back At Bree's|back to Bree's house]] and investigate, finding evidence that leads him to [[Breaking And Entering|break into a pharmaceutical warehouse]]. Bree decides to take action herself and begins by [[Bree Phone Home|calling her friends and family]] to see if anyone has had contact with her parents. She initially seems to find no helpful information, but in a call to an uncle, receives a coded message from her father, indicating that he is okay and requesting that she meet him. She reminisces about her old friend [[Cassie]] with whom Bree made some prank phone calls during their brief friendship. By the time she finishes making her calls, Bree concludes that the "Gemma Incident" is good reason to avoid contact with those in "The Community."

==Her Reunion==
On Christmas Day, much to Bree's [[Christmas Surprise|surprise]] and elation, Daniel arrives at Jonas' house. However, on the following day, Jonas and Daniel wake to find that [[Bree's Gone|Bree is gone]] along with Jonas' car, one of his credit cards and some of his cash. Daniel decides to examine Bree's recent videos more closely to find an explanation of her disappearance. Jonas and Daniel [[Roadtrip|try to track down Bree]]. Eventually, they find her meeting with her father shortly before a run-in with the Order resulting in the [[The Unthinkable Happened|shooting of Bree's dad]]. After Bree spends several days depressed, Daniel posts a video annoucing that he "[[Bree And I Hooked Up|hooked up]]" with Bree. Jonas is [[Kicked Out|kicked out]] of his own house when Daniel makes a special candle light dinner for Bree, but it apparently doesn't go well.

==Her Rejection==
Bree posts a video saying [[Daniel’s A Liar|Daniel has lied]], and she just kissed him in a act of impulse and there is nothing more to it. Daniel goes out of the house the next day and [[Truth Or Dare|gets drunk]]. Jonas picks up Daniel, who is too drunk to drive himself home. Daniel is accompanied by a nameless young woman, who hangs out with Bree and Jonas while Daniel sleeps off the liquor. Daniel wakes up the next morning with a terrible [[hungover|hangover]], wondering where the pretty girl might be. Since Bree is frustrated by the antics of Jonas and Daniel, she decides to think about [[Time To Grow Up|career plans]] and her need for privacy. Meanwhile, Daniel states that he will no longer pursue Bree, choosing to spend his time [[Foosball Battle|playing foosball with Jonas]] and giving Bree space. Daniel decides to go [[For The Ladies|back to the bowling alley]] to look for the unnamed young woman, but never returns.

==Her Hunt for Daniel==
Bree posts a video sharing [[Daniel's Missing!|her concern for Daniel]] because no one has heard from him. Bree confesses that she still wants him in her life, but she does not want a romantic relationship. Jonas and Bree [[Looking For Daniel|go to the bowling alley]] to look for him. Bree receives a cryptic text message from Daniel that says 'No Good' but it does not state his location. Jonas tells her that a bartender saw Daniel leave with a local man, so they head for the man's house "in the mountains". It gets late and they still haven't found the "local" man's house, so they [[Sleepover|stop at a motel]], where they are forced to share a bed, to Jonas' discomfort. A couple of days later, Daniel posts a video [[Miss Me?|trying to persuade Bree to rejoin the Order]]. Assuming Daniel has been coerced or brainwashed, Bree posts a video [[Me For Daniel|offering to do the ceremony if Daniel is released]].

In the beginning, Bree's videos were similar to those of many other popular vloggers on YouTube. She would make brief videos out of her bedroom about her life, her best friend [[Daniel]], and her conflicts with her parents.

Bree was homeschooled and lonely. Her only friend, who introduced her to YouTube and video editing, was Daniel, whom she met during a brief stint in public school two years earlier. Daniel had a crush on Bree, but Bree's parents wouldn't let her out of the house, and these tensions were behind many of the early videos.

Eventually, it was revealed that Bree was a member of a secretive religion, originally believed to be [[Thelema]] but later recognized as the fictional [[Order of Denderah]]. Bree was selected to participate in a mysterious ceremony for the religion, but eventually ran away from home rather than participate.

Around the time Bree ran away, another character was introduced, an old friend named [[Gemma]]. Gemma made video responses to Bree's videos giving her advice, but it was eventually revealed that Gemma was working for The Order, trying to get Bree to participate in the ceremony.

Eventually, a character named [[Jonas]], a rich orphan, offered Bree and Daniel a place to stay. The characters are currently living at Jonas's house while trying to figure out what to do.

The show gradually abandoned its premise of being a highly-realistic story about a young vlogger. Many members of Bree's religion appear to be evil, going so far as to subject Bree to frequent injections of an unknown substance. Recent plot developments have included the murder of Bree's father, and the revelation that Bree was adopted.

The media attention on lonelygirl15 only helped the show grow in popularity. Shortly after Sept. 13, lonelygirl15's channel on YouTube surpassed Geriatric1927 to become the most-subscribed channel on YouTube, a position it has held solidly ever since.

The creators of the series announced that they would continue producing the series. According to a story in Wired magazine, the creators talked to television executives, but were unhappy with the meetings, and decided to keep the series on the Internet, with interactivity as a major focus.

From September 9, 2006 onwards, lonelygirl15.com has served the series from [[Revver]], a service that allows video creators to make money from their videos by having ads automatically inserted after their videos. Sometimes videos have appeared on Revver significantly in advance of appearing on YouTube. Upgrades have also been made to the lonelygirl15.com Web site, including the addition of a userplane chat, and later a Flash-based chat that supported video and audio. A wiki, named the [[LGPedia]] was added to the site on Sept. 29. A store selling merchandise was also added.

The production has struggled, however, to earn enough money to cover production costs as well as salaries for cast and crew. According to Wired Magazine, the site generates about $10,000 a month in ad revenue. Jonas is a [[Revver]]/[[YouTube]] user who started leaving video comments on [[Bree]]'s videos and eventually became friends with Bree and [[Daniel]]. Most of his videos take place in what he says is his father's study.

Jonas is an orphan and lives alone in what was his parents' [[Jonas's house|house]]. In his video [[Happy Thanksgiving]], Jonas disclosed that his [[Jonas's parents|parents]] were lost at sea six years ago while traveling along [[Longitude 140]]. He claims to have inherited a large house and a great deal of money.

Jonas offers Bree and Daniel help in the form of shelter and financial support. Bree comes to live with Jonas in the video [[Your Decision]]. Daniel joins them in the video [[Christmas Surprise]].

Although an amount of money is never given, Jonas owns a large house, at least two vehicles and appears to have been paying all of Bree's and Daniel's bills for several months. Jonas has also mentioned that he does not work and has no intention to. Prior to turning 18, he had a full-time nanny and attended a lot of psychotherapy. To support this lifestyle indefinitely, Jonas must have inherited at least several million dollars.

Jonas says that he has been too quick to trust people in the past. He has been taking advantage of for his money and mentions that once he stopped throwing giant parties, a lot of his friends stopped calling him. This seems to be a reference to Jay Gatsby from F. Scott Fitzgerald's "The Great Gatsby," who threw lavish parties but was widely unknown amongst social circles.

Many fans have observed that Jonas is something of a lonelyboy. While Bree turned to books and stuffed animals, Jonas has turned to pop-culture and sports. Jonas makes constant references to movies and TV shows, often very obscure ones, and also enjoys extreme sports, boxing and foosball.

Fans remain largely suspicious of Jonas' motives in offering such generous support to Bree and Daniel. Fans note that Jonas initially only extended support to Bree, rather than to both Bree and Daniel. Moreover, Jonas' profile initially said that he both became a member and posted his first video "one week ago". Because he only became a member and showed interest in Bree when she was on the run from [[the Order]], fans are suspicious that he may be connected with the Order.
