You know, Sarah may never believe me, but I want you guys to know that I'm not the kind of girl who says one thing and means another. I don't hide what I'm thinking or bury my feelings...or whatever.

Okay. I'm just gonna break it down for you guys, alright? I ''do'' have a crush on Jonas; I have for weeks. Since I met him. And I'm being kinda obvious about it, in case people can't tell. I don't know, I mean maybe something'll happen, maybe it won't, but this is the twenty-first century. I mean, hello! A girl should be able to do and say and be whatever she wants. I mean, it's not about hiding things anymore. Forget about batty eyelashes and waiting for the phone to ring.

Which brings me back to where this all started: Emma. Emma should be able to contact her parents if she wants to because she is a strong, smart, twenty-first century woman who is aware of the risks and can make her own decisions for herself and by herself. News flash, Jonas! It's not a man's world anymore. Even if guys still are kinda great.
