He was also the scenario writer of season two of LonelyJew15, creating most of the plot and writing many of the videos while creating the character of Princess. He also created MargotIsWatching and directed the first two Margot videos. In addition, he plays the role of OpAdolf.

He is an actor who has been featured at local theatres, on local televison commercials, and in numerous radio spots. He loves creating video content. He met [[Jenni Powell]] through the "lonelygirl15" community and after he created the first Margot video Jenni immediately approached him to work with her.

PJ is also a graphic artist having his work displayed in [[LG15]] as well as making the thumbnail for the RedEarth88 video [[Exploring Myself]]. He is deeply involved in the community and enjoys bringing people together.

==What is Trait Positive?==

From what [[Daniel]], [[Jonas]], and [[Sarah]] [[Opening the Box|discovered in the box]] [[CAMP PLAY|left by Bree's father]], it is apparent that Bree is trait positive due to an inordinate amount of {{wikipedia|ribozyme|ribozymes}}. [[Opening the Box|According to Daniel]], ''"ribozymes are like molecular scissors that cut DNA . . . scientists seeking the origin of life have produced ribozymes that are actually capable of catalyzing their own synthesis. Translation: They somehow make life.''"

Based on [[12:00 PM (LG15: The Resistance)|discussions]] with [[Dr. Leonard Alderman]], a pure-blood trait positive person is able to reproduce ribozymes exponentially. The ability to reproduce ribozymes at an accelerated rate may be the key to curing commonplace diseases, such as cancer or the common cold.

According to [[Enter The FTO|brief glimpses of information]] held by [[the FTO]] regarding the condition, the gene for trait-positivity is {{wikipedia|X-linked_dominant|X-linked dominant}}. It is very rare to find the condition in male subjects because most females possessing the gene mutation necessary for trait positivity are killed before they have had a chance to reproduce.

A woman living in [[Denderah]], widely regarded as "the fountain of youth," was believed to be a descendant of the fertility goddess Hathor. Hathor's daughter gave birth to twenty girls and the bloodline was considered holy. All trait positive humans today can be traced back to one of these twenty girls.

It appears that this is because the [[Elder]]s of the [[Hymn of One]] believe that trait positive humans' blood has a special "life giving" quality, and that by transfusing those humans' blood into themselves, they can [[Enter The Order|gain extra life]], about [[The Weekend Starts Here?|40 - 50 years]] per Ceremony . According to a [[Watcher]], "these Elders' lives are dependent upon these girls." ([[My Fatal Mistake]], October 2nd, 2007).

There have also been suggestions by the [[rogue Elder]], [[Claire]], and [[Dr. William Griffin]] that trait positive girls [[Help Us!|have special powers]]. [[Join Me!|According to Claire]], if a trait positive girl learns to harness these powers, she will possess the ability to take down [[the Order]] once and for all. [[Dr. William Griffin]]'s claim was less specific, but he too suggested that "''trait positive girls possess powerful abilities.''" He said that his experiments "''with the trait positive girls showed that they had something more than the longevity that we believe provides the power for the Order.''" He did not have a chance to elaborate beyond this point.

However, the legitimacy of all of these claims were called into doubt in [[My Fatal Mistake]], when a [[Watcher]] told a heartbroken [[Jonas]] that any sort of "powers" that trait positive girls had were a sham. Even so, no other explanation has been given for what could have happened instead.

[[Drew Avery|Bree's dad]] told Bree that "''the Order takes these girls who show potential, at birth, and place them in controlled homes. Apparently, there are thousands of them, but once they hit puberty only a fraction of a percentile develop the characteristics needed for the ceremony''" ([[Hiding In The Bathroom]] (January 13th, 2007)). These "characteristics" were later identified as "trait positive." Once the girls have been selected for the Ceremony, they must go on a [[Bree's diet|special diet]] and receive [[Bree's injections|injections]]. To our knowledge, the Ceremony ultimately represents an [[Lonelygirl15 Season Finale 10 of 12 – 5 pm|early end]] to [[Enter The Order|these girls' lives]].

Many people, such as [[Watcher]]s and [[Spreading the Song|various other members]] of the [[Hymn of One]], believe that it is their duty to protect these girls from the time they are born until the time they complete the Ceremony, and as such, the girls are very closely monitored for most of their lives.

[[Dr. Calvin Hart]] was part of a [[Hart Study|study]] that was devoted to trying to recreate the high-ribozyme blood in at least twenty girls. In the video [[Evil Drug Company Exposed!]], [[Dr. Hart]] revealed that his test subjects were genetically altered in their mother's womb. Unfortunately, none of the test subjects Dr. Hart was working with survived past the age of five. Only the control, [[Gina]], survived (she was naturally born trait positive).

==Becoming Trait Negative==

Anyone with a normal or low level of ribozymes is considered '''trait negative''', and therefore, undesirable to the Order in terms of [[the Ceremony]]. In an attempt to make Bree trait negative, TAAG, after deciphering [[Isaac Gilman]]'s letter, embarked on a [[Mission Possible|mission]] to retrieve a trait positive blood sample and create a serum using that blood. The exact makings of the serum are not clear; the only clue we have is [[The Serum|"zinc oxide"]]. From what Emma says in [[Decision Time]] and [[I Like Being Me]], we know that this serum can be taken in more than one shot. In contrast, [[Michelle Clore]] confirms that after injecting [[Kate]] only once with the serum, Kate had not become fully trait negative.
Additionally, it has since been discovered that, if the serum makes its way into an elder's blood stream, they will die, as in the case of Bill Porter.

<p style="text-indent: 45px">In the rustic burg of Nacogdoches Texas, a young woman named '''[[Maddison Atkins]]''' studies to become a communications major, Maddison's life takes a drastic change when she and her project partner [[Adam|Adam Wilmott]] discover a [[HTMLvis|carrier pigeon]] in front of her apartment. Attached to the pigeon was a desperate plea for help from a mysterious person known only as [[Mr. Zipp]], to save the life of his only child. Maddison was given 15 days before the forces that kept Zipp away from his child would track Maddison down and eliminate her and Zipp himself. With nowhere to go to, she turned to the community for help with Zipp's coded messages which, unfortunately, wasn't enough.</p>

<p style="text-indent: 45px">Maddison and Adam were found by the former [[OpAphid]] agent: [[War Pylol]] and after their attempt to flee, were shot to their deaths by a man named [[Joel Frady (character)|Joel Frady]]. The summer after her death Maddison's former classmate, [[Clara Stokes]] is assigned to do a thesis on the murder and events surrounding it. Clara spent months interviewing family members of Maddison and her murderer. When the conspiracy behind Maddison's death hits too close to home, Clara sinks into a depression and abandons the project. When things look their bleakest, community member "[[Marla|MarlaSinger]]" moves to Nacogdoches and vows to bring light to the tragic deaths and finish the documentary for the sake of the memory of Adam Wilmott and Maddison Atkins. However, the outside world intervened and pushed her away from the small town. With a heavy heart Marla had no choice but to move on with her life</p>

<p style="text-indent: 45px">In the rustic burg of Nacogdoches Texas, a young woman named '''[[Maddison Atkins]]''' studies to become a communications major, Maddison's life takes a drastic change when she and her project partner [[Adam|Adam Wilmott]] discover a [[HTMLvis|carrier pigeon]] in front of her apartment. Attached to the pigeon was a desperate plea for help from a mysterious person known only as [[Mr. Zipp]], to save the life of his only child. Maddison was given 15 days before the forces that kept Zipp away from his child would track Maddison down and eliminate her and Zipp himself. With nowhere to go to, she turned to the community for help with Zipp's coded messages which, unfortunately, wasn't enough.</p>

<p style="text-indent: 45px">Maddison and Adam were found by the former [[OpAphid]] agent: [[War Pylol]] and after their attempt to flee, were shot to their deaths by a man named [[Joel Frady (character)|Joel Frady]]. The summer after her death Maddison's former classmate, [[Clara Stokes]] is assigned to do a thesis on the murder and events surrounding it. Clara spent months interviewing family members of Maddison and her murderer. When the conspiracy behind Maddison's death hits too close to home, Clara sinks into a depression and abandons the project. When things look their bleakest, community member "[[Marla|MarlaSinger]]" moves to Nacogdoches and vows to bring light to the tragic deaths and finish the documentary for the sake of the memory of Adam Wilmott and Maddison Atkins.</p>

[[Bree]] is honored from the start that she was chosen for the Ceremony, but never explains how this happened. She eventually learns from her [[Drew Avery|father]] that [[the Order]] selects a pool of young girls who show "potential" at birth. These children are placed in what they call "protected homes" with adoptive parents from within [[the Order]]. When they reach puberty, they single out one to participate.

The true criterion on which girls are selected is whether they are "[[Trait positive|Trait Positive]]", meaning their counts of a special ribozyme are exceptionally high. If that is the case, the girl is abducted as a baby, and placed with parents from the Hymn of One (under the above-mentioned disguise).

For the religious disguise, [[Bree]] had to undergo rigorous preparation for the Ceremony. She had a special [[Bree's diet|diet]], took [[Iron pills|iron supplements]], received [[Bree's injections|injections]] of a then-undisclosed substance, learned the rare language of [[Enochian]] and practiced exercises and walking steps with her new helper [[Lucy]]. The reasons for many aspects of her preparation remain unclear. Her [[Bree's injections|injections]] and [[Iron pills|pills]] in particular had sparked curiosity in many viewers. However, it should be known that the injections were actually used to make Bree trait negative. The iron pills, however, are still a mystery.

In season 2, [[She's Telling The Truth|Emma tells us]] she is preparing by learning a dance that "some people do find weird", as well as "a chant that needs to be recited". Emma, contrary to Bree, talks about being "special" because of her blood, and does know about the blood transfusion procedure - she claims it is called "chelation" and supposed to "build up the health of my blood and strengthen my spirit". She also claims that, after the Ceremony, the Ceremony Girl is taken to a "special place in the mountains, near Sedona" where she "learns all the hidden secrets of the universe".

One should keep in mind, though, that Emma had seen the video of Bree's demise (including the transfusion), and learned about blood traits, ribozymes etc. from Jonas and Daniel. It is thus likely that this is information not usually given to Ceremony Girls, but in fact a unique cover-story to let what she saw and heard look non-threatening and misinterpreted, and to give a reasonable explanation why Bree hasn't been seen since her Ceremony.

===The Order===
For the true purpose of the Ceremony, the blood transfusion, most probably only the injections and pills were important, to further boost her ribozyme levels. This view is supported by the rogue Elder in [[What Happened?]], when, replying to Claire's fear Emma isn't ready yet, he says: "Her ribozymes are up at trait positive levels. Of course, she's ''ready''." - clearly implying that nothing but the ribozyme-levels matter.

Judging from [[Bree|Bree's]] accounts of the Ceremony, it is held rarely. She and her [[Bree's parents|parents]] considered it a great honor that she was selected to participate in it. Her [[Bree's parents|parents]] themselves were not invited to attend, although they did greatly encourage her participation. Not even [[Bree]] knew exactly what the Ceremony would be like. She imagined that she would have to do the walking steps and use her knowledge of [[Enochian]], but other than that she did not know what to expect.

====The Staged Ceremony====
On October 12th, 2006 a fake Ceremony was held and [[Bree]] posted a video soon thereafter happily stating that it had been a success. [[Daniel]] had followed her to the site of the Ceremony and filmed what he could see of [[The Ceremony (video)|The Ceremony]]. It was held outdoors at night in a wooded area and little could be seen clearly except some dimly lit hooded figures, among them was Bree. A few days later Daniel sensed that something was amiss, and eventually Bree confessed that the Ceremony was not the real one, and that she had been persuaded to lie to him about it. [[The Order]] had taken the opportunity to photograph Daniel spying on them, and Bree was remorseful when she found out.

From [[Lonelygirl15 Season Finale 10 of 12 - 5 pm|hour ten of the season 1 finale]], it appears that the true Ceremony is nothing more than a method of extracting trait-positive blood from young women, a normal patient-to-patient blood transfusion. Originally, the [[Taylor]] character was going to be a decoy and Molly would be the new [[the Ceremony|Ceremony]] girl who [[Bree]] would try to save. However, the actress pulled out of the project, and [[The Creators]] decided to use [[Jules]] as the decoy and have Taylor become [[Sarah]]'s sister.

Molly's story would begin shortly after [[The Perfect Beach]] was released, when she would begin posting videos in her bedroom alongside her stuffed animals. She's a little shy about her religion, but has been chosen for a special Ceremony. [[TAAG]] is unaware of this until [[Tachyon]] clues them in, after which fans help to track her down to [[Wickenburg|Wickenburg, AZ]]. Bree shows Molly her videos, which almost scares her out of doing the Ceremony. However, she is afraid to tell her parents, for she doesn't want to disappoint them the way her sister Sarah always does.

Apparently Sarah is the biological daughter of Molly's parents, who has been essentially ignored since Molly was placed with them. Molly has always been told that she is the "good" daughter while Sarah is the "bad" one. Sarah rebels against this by doing things such as "making out with boys and stuff."

The following week, Molly strangely changes her mind and decides to do the Ceremony--but it's clear that something isn't quite right. By the middle of the week, Molly has disappeared.

At this point, Bree, [[Daniel]], and [[Jonas]] head to Molly's house, where we see Sarah for the first time. Bree witnesses her being yelled at, after which Sarah spots Bree, telling her to "get that fucking camera out of my face!" and gets into a car with a random guy. Bree tries to see if she can spot Molly through a window, but can't. Finally, Bree works up the courage to knock on the door, only to be yelled at by Molly's mom. At the end of the week, a video appears showing Molly's empty bedroom (which is later revealed to have been posted by Sarah).

Bree quickly regrets not busting down the door and rescuing Molly. Bree and her friends return to [[the bunker]], where they hear a strange noise outside. They panic, believing [[the Order]] has found them, but are relieved to find Sarah outside. She quickly explains how concerned she's been in recent weeks--the final straw being Molly taken away, during which time she overheard [[Lucy|some blonde woman]] on a cell phone giving a date and location for the Ceremony.

With Tachyon’s assistance, the group travels to where the Ceremony is being held as they form an elaborate plan to split up and rescue Molly. They each have a camera on them to record evidence to help expose the Order once and for all.

Once they’ve split up, Bree is able to find Molly, and they have one final conversation where Bree thinks she can still save her. However, Molly quickly turns the tables on Bree when she declares that she is a true believer in what the Order stands for and claims that Bree's blogs are all faked. Lucy soon appears and tells Bree that Molly was warned about her in advance and that by trying to save Molly, she only made her more determined to go forward with the Ceremony.

Bree tries to turn the tables back in her favor by telling Lucy that her friends are on the premises, but Lucy informs her that they have already been caught. However, Tachyon is safe, and is able to post footage from her hidden cameras showing how TAAG escapes, alongside creepy glimpses of the Ceremony she was able to capture before it became to risky for her to stick around.

Afterwards, the entire group feels upset and blames themselves for what happened with Molly. Sarah plans to leave the group, but when she returns to her house, she finds that her parents have left and discovers boxes marked for charity with her sister's belongings, pretty much confirming that Molly died in the Ceremony. This information floors Bree and angers Sarah, who vows to join [[the Resistance]] to avenge her sister's death.

We were first introduced to Tachyon when OpAphid informed us that someone had [[The Action of an Enemy - Be Careful|stolen]] a significant amount of confidential information from one of their information-gathering facilities, and asked us to track the thief for clues about what [[Drop 1 (bowling for light)|information]] had been stolen and where it might be headed. Further search revealed the thief to be Tachyon, a spy for another secret organization known sometimes as The Family, The Bureau, The Ring, or just [[Mom and Dad]].

Tachyon was first discovered by YouTube user LonWpnX who looked up all the [[LG15]] tags. The similar style to OpAphid and the similar story to Bree caught their eye. When the user was subscribed to, the vids were pulled until the release of [[The Action of an Enemy - Be Careful]].

For reasons unknown to us, Tachyon has not chosen, or has not been able, to go "home" to Mom and Dad. Instead, she has conveyed her stolen information, as well as anything new that she learns or discovers, through her partner, codenamed "[[Brother]]" or "10033." Brother and Tachyon, who are not actually related, communicate through voicemail, [[Tachyon's Profile Updates Archive|YouTube profile updates]], and [[Everything You Need To Play OpAphid#Previous Drops:|drops]], or physical locations where Tachyon leaves items for Brother to recover. It appears that although Tachyon frequently finds Brother irritating, dense, and slow, she does what she can to protect and help him (such as keeping OpAphid from blowing him up, and facilitating his attack on Gemma).

Tachyon herself is well-characterized by her YouTube tagline about her location: "By the time you know, I'll already be gone." She responds to some people who send her messages via YouTube, but her replies can be witty, helpful, vague, misleading, or simply unrelated to the question asked, seemingly on a whim. She dislikes giving out information about herself or her past, although some of her communication has suggested that she might be connected to the family [[Gemma]] talks about in her video "[[They Disappeared...]]," even as the information she leaves behind reveals more and more about her own personal story. Tachyon does not appear to stay in one place for any length of time, if she can help it, and is extremely fond of codes and cryptography, which she often employs to protect the information she distributes.

Tachyon was contacted by [[Bree]] after [[Daniel]] was abducted by OpAphid and [[The Cowboy]]. Bree posted a video pretending that she would give herself up to the Order in exchange for Daniel's safety as part of a ruse orchestrated by Tachyon and Brother. On [[The Human Ransom|the day of the exchange]], Daniel was successfully rescued, and Tachyon and Brother went on their way. A little over a week later, Tachyon [[Jonas Sucks|delivered a package]] to Daniel containing an encrypted file containing information on the Order and their inner workings. After the resulting knowlegde caused a fight between Bree and [[Jonas]], Bree decided to spend time at [[Minor locations#Tachyon's Training Camp|Tachyon's Training Camp]], where she learned basic skills on how to defend herself. She left the training regiment early, however, as she discovers that Daniel and Jonas are in danger.

Just like her enemy [[OpAphid]], Tachyon logged into her [[YouTube]] account on May 24th, 2007, leaving this farewell message:

Upon receiving the information, Brother got Tachyon to come out of hiding, and sent her a message from Linc containing information on how to help him and [[Rachel]]. Less than two months after the message was decoded, Rachel resurfaced on YouTube and assured everyone that she was fine, but revealed that she had fled from Linc. Tachyon has since been assigned to monitor Rachel in Linc's absence using the alias [[Aly Zarin]].

==Identity==
There has been much speculation as to the true identity of Tachyon, especially after the video [[The Human Ransom]]. A [http://youtube.com/watch?v=oCYIyoSCnrc video] posted by xitsMx suggests that Tachyon is indeed [[Cassie]], and some fans also think this could be the case. Others have suggested that she is the girl that [[Gemma]] mentioned in the video [[They Disappeared...]]. Some have even gone so far as to suggest that it is Gemma herself. There has also been more tentative speculation that Tachyon may be [[Nikki Bower]], and although there are some links and similarities, it is a much more abstract thought to prove.

A member of the LG15 community once sent Tachyon a message asking how [[Sascha]] was doing. Sascha is the pet dog of the family [[Gemma]] mentioned in the video [[They Disappeared...]]. Tachyon responded that she hadn't seen Sascha in a while. This confirmed that she was in fact a member of the family Gemma spoke of. However, Tachyon has also said she was never a Ceremony girl, leading people to believe that Tachyon is the sister of the [[trait positive]] girl in that family.

Tachyon is also a hypothetical particle that moves faster than the speed of light. We were first introduced to Tachyon when OpAphid informed us that someone had [[The Action of an Enemy - Be Careful|stolen]] a significant amount of confidential information from one of their information-gathering facilities, and asked us to track the thief for clues about what [[Drop 1 (bowling for light)|information]] had been stolen and where it might be headed. Further search revealed the thief to be Tachyon, a spy for another secret organization known sometimes as The Family, The Bureau, The Ring, or just [[Mom and Dad]].

Tachyon was first discovered by YouTube user LonWpnX who looked up all the [[LG15]] tags. The similar style to OpAphid and the similar story to Bree caught their eye. When the user was subscribed to, the vids were pulled until the release of [[The Action of an Enemy - Be Careful]].

For reasons unknown to us, Tachyon has not chosen, or has not been able, to go "home" to Mom and Dad. Instead, she has conveyed her stolen information, as well as anything new that she learns or discovers, through her partner, codenamed "[[Brother]]" or "10033." Brother and Tachyon, who are not actually related, communicate through voicemail, [[Tachyon's Profile Updates Archive|YouTube profile updates]], and [[Everything You Need To Play OpAphid#Previous Drops:|drops]], or physical locations where Tachyon leaves items for Brother to recover. It appears that although Tachyon frequently finds Brother irritating, dense, and slow, she does what she can to protect and help him (such as keeping OpAphid from blowing him up, and facilitating his attack on Gemma).

Tachyon herself is well-characterized by her YouTube tagline about her location: "By the time you know, I'll already be gone." She responds to some people who send her messages via YouTube, but her replies can be witty, helpful, vague, misleading, or simply unrelated to the question asked, seemingly on a whim. She dislikes giving out information about herself or her past, although some of her communication has suggested that she might be connected to the family [[Gemma]] talks about in her video "[[They Disappeared...]]," even as the information she leaves behind reveals more and more about her own personal story. Tachyon does not appear to stay in one place for any length of time, if she can help it, and is extremely fond of codes and cryptography, which she often employs to protect the information she distributes.

Tachyon was contacted by [[Bree]] after [[Daniel]] was abducted by OpAphid and [[The Cowboy]]. Bree posted a video pretending that she would give herself up to the Order in exchange for Daniel's safety as part of a ruse orchestrated by Tachyon and Brother. On [[The Human Ransom|the day of the exchange]], Daniel was successfully rescued, and Tachyon and Brother went on their way. A little over a week later, Tachyon [[Jonas Sucks|delivered a package]] to Daniel containing an encrypted file containing information on the Order and their inner workings. After the resulting knowlegde caused a fight between Bree and [[Jonas]], Bree decided to spend time at [[Minor locations#Tachyon's Training Camp|Tachyon's Training Camp]], where she learned basic skills on how to defend herself. She left the training regiment early, however, as she discovers that Daniel and Jonas are in danger.

Just like her enemy [[OpAphid]], Tachyon logged into her [[YouTube]] account on May 24th, 2007, leaving this farewell message:

Upon receiving the information, Brother got Tachyon to come out of hiding, and sent her a message from Linc containing information on how to help him and [[Rachel]]. Less than two months after the message was decoded, Rachel resurfaced on YouTube and assured everyone that she was fine, but revealed that she had fled from Linc. Tachyon has since been assigned to monitor Rachel in Linc's absence using the alias [[Aly Zarin]].

==Identity==
There has been much speculation as to the true identity of Tachyon, especially after the video [[The Human Ransom]]. A [http://youtube.com/watch?v=oCYIyoSCnrc video] posted by xitsMx suggests that Tachyon is indeed [[Cassie]], and some fans also think this could be the case. Others have suggested that she is the girl that [[Gemma]] mentioned in the video [[They Disappeared...]]. Some have even gone so far as to suggest that it is Gemma herself. There has also been more tentative speculation that Tachyon may be [[Nikki Bower]], and although there are some links and similarities, it is a much more abstract thought to prove.

A member of the LG15 community once sent Tachyon a message asking how [[Sascha]] was doing. Sascha is the pet dog of the family [[Gemma]] mentioned in the video [[They Disappeared...]]. Tachyon responded that she hadn't seen Sascha in a while. This confirmed that she was in fact a member of the family Gemma spoke of. However, Tachyon has also said she was never a Ceremony girl, leading people to believe that Tachyon is the sister of the [[trait positive]] girl in that family.

Tachyon is also a hypothetical particle that moves faster than the speed of light. In the language of special relativity, a tachyon is a particle with space-like four-momentum and imaginary proper time. A tachyon is constrained to the space-like portion of the energy-momentum graph. Therefore, it can never slow to light speed or below. To date, the existence of tachyons has been neither confirmed nor explicitly ruled out.

OpAphid emerged encouraging [[Bree]], telling her that she was making the right choice by doing [[the Ceremony]]. She then posted a series of videos mocking [[Cassieiswatching|Cassie]] and declaring her a "psychic vampire". [[Tachyon]], while working undercover as a low level employee for the OpAphid organization, posted three ambiguous videos as messages to [[Brother]], her partner. One night, Tachyon fled her job and broke into one of OpAphid's information gathering facilities and stole important files. OpAphid called upon the audience to intercept this information as Tachyon left it for Brother to pick up. Tachyon only left a small piece of the information, so over the course of the next several weeks, the audience continued to intercept Tachyon's drops as she left them for Brother in different locations in California. Through these drops, it was discovered that [[Gemma]] was part of the Order and that she had been dating Brother while they were both in England. Gemma had set Brother up to be killed by [[War Pylol]], but Tachyon secretly saved him. In return, Brother shot Gemma after some encouragement from Tachyon.

After Gemma's supposed death, OpAphid kidnapped Daniel and brainwashed him into posting [[Miss Me?|a video]] to encourage Bree to do the Ceremony. With Tachyon and Brother's assistance, Bree and Jonas were able to [[The Human Ransom|rescue Daniel]] from the Order. Tachyon then spent some time training Bree at an undisclosed location in the woods. There have also been suggestions by the [[rogue Elder]], [[Claire]], and [[Dr. William Griffin]] that trait positive girls [[Help Us!|have special powers]]. [[Join Me!|According to Claire]], if a trait positive girl learns to harness these powers, she will possess the ability to take down [[the Order]] once and for all. [[Dr. William Griffin]]'s claim was less specific, but he too suggested that "''trait positive girls possess powerful abilities.''" He said that his experiments "''with the trait positive girls showed that they had something more than the longevity that we believe provides the power for the Order.''" He did not have a chance to elaborate beyond this point.

However, the legitimacy of all of these claims were called into doubt in [[My Fatal Mistake]], when a [[Watcher]] told a heartbroken [[Jonas]] that any sort of "powers" that trait positive girls had were a sham. Even so, no other explanation has been given for what could have happened instead.

==The Lives of Trait Positive Girls==

[[Drew Avery|Bree's dad]] told Bree that "''the Order takes these girls who show potential, at birth, and place them in controlled homes. Apparently, there are thousands of them, but once they hit puberty only a fraction of a percentile develop the characteristics needed for the ceremony''" ([[Hiding In The Bathroom]] (January 13th, 2007)). These "characteristics" were later identified as "trait positive." Once the girls have been selected for the Ceremony, they must go on a [[Bree's diet|special diet]] and receive [[Bree's injections|injections]]. To our knowledge, the Ceremony ultimately represents an [[Lonelygirl15 Season Finale 10 of 12 – 5 pm|early end]] to [[Enter The Order|these girls' lives]].

Many people, such as [[Watcher]]s and [[Spreading the Song|various other members]] of the [[Hymn of One]], believe that it is their duty to protect these girls from the time they are born until the time they complete the Ceremony, and as such, the girls are very closely monitored for most of their lives.

[[Dr. Calvin Hart]] was part of a [[Hart Study|study]] that was devoted to trying to recreate the high-ribozyme blood in at least twenty girls. In the video [[Evil Drug Company Exposed!]], [[Dr. Hart]] revealed that his test subjects were genetically altered in their mother's womb. Unfortunately, none of the test subjects Dr. Hart was working with survived past the age of five. Only the control, [[Gina]], surived (she was naturally born trait positive).

==Becoming Trait Negative==

Any girl with a normal or low level of ribozymes is considered '''trait negative''', and therefore, undesirable to the Order in terms of [[the Ceremony]]. In an attempt to make Bree trait negative, TAAG, after deciphering [[Isaac Gilman]]'s letter, embarked on a [[Mission Possible|mission]] to retrieve a trait positive blood sample and create a serum using that blood. The exact makings of the serum are not clear; the only clue we have is [[The Serum|"zinc oxide"]]. From what Emma says in [[Decision Time]] and [[I Like Being Me]], we know that this serum can be taken in more than one shot. In contrast, [[Michelle Clore]] confirms that after injecting [[Kate]] only once with the serum, Kate had not become fully trait negative.
Additionally, it has since been discovered that, if the serum makes its way into an elder's blood stream, they will die, as in the case of Bill Porter.
