'''Logan Chance Rapp''' is a former production assistant for [[LG15: The Resistance]], and was an executive producer and writer for the pilot [[LG15: The Misfits]]. He also portrays [[Linc]] in the LG15: The Misfits pilot and its UGC predecessors, [[Redearth88]] and [[The Home Office]]. He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, as a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications / Journalism (Electronic Media Production). He is also a former Intern at MacAdam/Cage Publishing.

Logan started making videos under the YouTube account dehteraew, and drew the attention of [[Glenn Rubenstein]]. As Glenn told the story on his first [[BreeFM]] radio show, he saw the video [[Pleasantries]], and had a case of what he jokingly referred to as "professional jealousy" over its simple concept. The two got in contact, and after Glenn's series, [[OpAphid]], went on hiatus, Logan was insistent that Glenn get it started up again. When he heard about Glenn's opportunity to work with [[Jeromy Barber]] on his [[Maddison Atkins]] series, Logan offered to help out. Glenn and Logan began working together on the videos on the lofisyndicate Youtube account.

Logan left the project in Fall 2007, due to his desire to pursue a project of his own. The video [[Farewells]] was posted as the closing of Linc's story in Redearth88, but was not officially part of the series. Glenn later explained that "[the video] contained footage from Lonelygirl15 which confused the concept of an independent series. In RedEarth88 Linc walked into the tunnel and was never seen again." Logan remained a member of the community, and was later hired as a production assistant for LG15: The Resistance, and played the minor role of a LifesBlood Labs Agent. On November 11, 2008, Logan reprised his role of Linc in the Home Office ARG, which he is credited with creating.

He had helped Maddison and [[Adam Wilmott|Adam]], alongside a number of [[RE88 Cameos#Fan Cameos|members of the community]], to try and discover the mysterious identity of [[Mr. Zipp]].

Linc has recently made a reappearance with a new [[YouTube]] username, lofisyndicate. However, dehteraew is still active. He has informed us that he has been abandoned by his leader, and is currently being stalked 24/7 by an evil pre-recorded phone message. He receives a phone call every hour stating a message that he has until the 21st, but does not state for what. When the number is called, a music mashup puzzle is heard. The character [[15over15]] is then discovered.

Afterwards, 15over15 contacted Linc, and told him to protect Rachel. He has been stalking her, until one day when Rachel saw him in the park, and he was filming her. He told her he was filming his cousin, and the two [[Interrogation + Date = INTERRODATING|went on a date]], and planned to hit up garage sales later. However, Rachel saw Linc's cousin, and found out he wasn't filming her. She reacting angrily, and told him to go away when he tried to contact her. Despite this, Linc [[Inside The Clinic|rescues]] Rachel from "the faceless guy with the syringe" who appeared to have done something to her while waiting to undergo an STD test. Linc shot the men and took Rachel home, where she spent the next few days sleeping.

Not long after, Rachel decided to give Linc a second chance, but on a bus ride home they are spotted by [[War Pylol]], a former OpAphid agent, and are subsequently chased by a white van, which is documented with the aid of Linc's newly acquired war-spy device. Linc and Rachel lose the van in a parking garage (in which Brother, or Tachyon take care of the van's driver) and decide to hide out. Linc, convinced that [[15over15]] is going to assist them, takes Rachel to a spot outside a mysterious tunnel. Rachel loses her temper and storms off through said tunnel; Linc follows her and begins to explain their situation. He fails to notice that he is walking ahead and when he turns to check on her she is gone. Upon turning back around a ghostly image of [[OpAphid]] herself is shown and Linc falls to the floor.

Over the next two months Linc and Rachel whereabouts remained a mystery. Linc uploaded a video on October, 11th, 2007, entitled [[Farewells]] in which he explains that he woke up on September 1st, unaware of what had happened the previous month. He declares that he is tired of seeing the people he tries to help fall. He says he will not leave a trail and that anyone that tries to find him will fail.

On November 7th, 2008, over a full year since he was last seen, Linc reappears. Captured (or "retrieved") by an entity known as "the Home Office," he refuses to provide them with any information, despite the Home Office declaring themselves an enemy of the Order. It is revealed in the video [[The Hand That Feeds]] that his true name is Thomas Jefferson Russell, and "Linc" has merely been a callsign for the time we've seen him.
