Transcript
(Jonas is sitting at a desk. Daniel is sitting on a cabinet.)

Jonas: The Hymn of One. (Jonas slams his fist against his hand.) How scary was that to watch Bree sing the eternal freak song?

Daniel: She's a zombie.

Jonas: Yeah, well, they've got her. And we don't know how to get her back. The look in her face. That look in her eye. (Points to his eyes.) I don't even know if she wants to come back anymore.

Daniel: Maybe she's the "bride of zombie" type!

Jonas: There's no such thing as the "bride of zombie." It's the "bride of Frankenstein."

Daniel: You know what I was thinking of, though? They wouldn't marry her off, would they?

Jonas: I'll pretend like I didn't hear that. Obviously, we're pretty flipped out about Bree's state of mind. And the fact that she's got bandages on her upper arm. Yeah... (Slams fists together.) they really got her from us this time. We don't even know who she is. It's like the shell of who Bree used to be. The Bree we know vanished. It's like she's totally brainwashed and there isn't a damn thing that we can do about it. Don't join the Hymn of One, kids.

(Cuts to Daniel sitting on a couch, holding the box they found at the site of the camp play.)

Jonas: We're ready to show you guys what's in the, uh, the mysterious box.

(Daniel opens the box.)

Daniel: So the first thing we found was a letter from Bree's dad to Bree.

Jonas: (Off-camera) You wanna read it?

Daniel: Yeah. "Dear Bree, I'm so happy that you were able to find this box. Right now, you're with Daniel. I'm not sure when I'll be able to see you again, but I want you to know that I have faith that you'll find your way. I've raised you to be the strong and independent person that you are. Follow your heart. Don't let others influence you with promises of inner peace and salvation. We both know that doesn't exist in the world of science. This box holds many more important secrets of the Hymn of One, you, and what lies ahead in your life." The letter actually says a few more things, but I'm not ready to tell anyone what that is yet. Turns out there's actually a lot of stuff about ribozymes in this box. I didn't really know what they were, so I looked them up and printed out this article. The article basically says that ribozymes are like molecular scissors that cut RNA. It goes on and talks about how scientists seeking the origin of life have produced ribozymes that are actually capable of catalyzing their own synthesis. Translation: they somehow make life. (Cuts to a series of diagrams, which Daniel holds up. One has a red X on the upper arm.) As you can see, these are diagrams. The red X shows where injections were made into her. (Daniel spins a notebook on his finger.) So, this is the notebook. And it's filled with pages that all look like this. (Points to what appears to be diagram of a molecule.)

Jonas: Which look like Chinese to me.

Daniel: Yep. Jonas and I read through this whole thing. It really is filled with a ton of notes from Bree's dad about his research on what he'd been doing to Bree. Apparently, Bree has a very high level of ribozymes, or something like that, which makes her "trait positive." Does that make sense? This is why the Order wants her! This notebook also tells us that Bree's dad had been giving her shots of something to help lower her levels, trying to make her "trait negative." I mean, if Bree is "trait negative," the Order won't want her. We couldn't find anything in here about what the Ceremony is or what it does, but it can't be good if Bree's dad was trying this hard to fix her. This also makes us really scared that they have Bree.

Jonas: Yeah. The graphs?

Daniel: Yeah, the graphs, right. There was also a stack of graphs that are like a reading or a monitor thingy. Bottom line, the graphs show Bree's levels.

Jonas: Which we sent to Taylor.

Daniel: Right, we sent them to Taylor. Jonas and I figured that we should get another eye, a new opinion on what the bar code marks are on the graphs.

Jonas: And... oh, and Bree's collage?

Daniel: Uh, yeah. I don't know why it's in here, but (Holds up a collage with pictures of Bree on it and the words "#1 Dad, Love Bree" on it.) she made this for her dad.

Jonas: Must have been for Father's Day.

Daniel: Yeah.

(Cuts to Jonas sitting on the couch.)

Jonas: So uh, that's the box. We also wanted to say how much fun it is to have someone like Sarah around the house.

Daniel: We did?

(Jonas smiles and nods.)

Jonas: Yeah.

Daniel: Hm, oh.

Jonas: When she's not harassing Daniel, (Points at camera) she's in her room hanging with Jared Scharff and the Royals.

(Music plays. Cuts to a sign that says "Sarah's Room - Boys Only!")

Jonas: She's got that little special way of enticing my bud Daniel, too.

(Camera follows Daniel as he takes the trash out. Then the camera person appears to hide behind a gate. Daniel comes out of the gate.)

Sarah: Aaah!!

(Daniel and Sarah giggle.)

Sarah: (in "British"-type accent) I am the Order. I have come to make you my personal slave.

Daniel: You're a freak.

Sarah: But I'm your freak!

(Cuts back to Jonas sitting on the couch.)

Jonas: So that's it. If you guys have any questions about what we found in the box or, I don't know, any advice for us on maybe what we can do next, please contact us. Let us know. Peace.

Notes
* This is the first episode that reveals the reason that the Order wants Bree.
* The notebook is a CVS Composition notebook.
* Sarah is only heard off-camera in this video. However, the YouTube thumbnail is an image of her.
* Ribozymes are mentioned in the Skateboarding video, where Bree states that her dad worked with them.
* In this video, a growing attraction between Daniel and Sarah is apparent.
* The molecules seem to be either a type of Hydrocarbons, or a disaccharide (type of sugar). I cannot conclusively identify these molecules because of the low resolution.

Daniel: So the first thing we found was a letter from Bree's dad to Bree.

Jonas: (Off-camera) You wanna read it?

* The molecules seem to be either a type of Hydrocarbons, or a monosaccharide, or a simple sugar. I cannot conclusively identify these molecules because of the low resolution.

Lying Bastards is the one hundred sixty-sixth video in the lonelygirl15 video series. Daniel, Jonas, and Bree follow Alex all the way to Mexico.

Transcript
(Music plays and footage of the highway, other cars, etc. is seen.)

Daniel: (sitting in the passenger seat with Bree visible in the back seat) We followed Alex down here, she's been staying in that house over there. We're trying to figure out what to do: I mean, we're not sure what she's doing but she's been holed up in there for a while. Other than that though, I kind of like Mexico. I mean its nice, the people are cool, they're very warm and...

Jonas: (laughing) Yeah... you like Mexico because you can legally drink, lush. I know you.

Daniel: No, I like it because I like it...He's acting like it's a...

Jonas: Congratulations!

Daniel: What do you mean congrat...

Jonas: Well, it's 9:30 in the morning dude, I just...that's a feat, that's a major feat.

Daniel: Whatever, dude.

Jonas : Listen, Mamasitas lock up your daughters, okay, 'cause the Beast here is south of the border, and, uh, not for nothing dude, you put the ho in Mexico...

(Daniel laughs in that "that was so wrong" snicker.)

Bree: There's no "ho" in Mexico.

(Both boys look at her and then at each other.)

Bree: There's no "ho" in Mexico.

(Daniel looks at the camera in a "Bree doesn't get what we are talking about" way.)

(Cut to Daniel standing in the street.)

Daniel: Wow big surprise. After talking all that trash Jonas decides to take Bree into town. Why? He thinks she should try a fish taco. What do I do though? That's right I do something useful. I'm going to break into Alex's house. (laughs) Its all I know how to do really, I guess!

(After much scaling of walls and sneaking around on balconies Daniel was able to film Alex on the phone.)

Alex: Yes, they called me. No, because--I do care because its a violation of free will and you know... I know my principles, do you want me to recite them for you? I didn't know you were going to do anything... It's horribly upsetting, alright, I don't like lying, it goes against... because he's my nephew!... Okay.

(Alex hangs up the phone, puts her head into her hands and appears to be crying.)

Notes
*This is the first time Bree and the guys have been seen together since the kidnapping.
*This is also the first time in awhile we have seen Daniel breaking and entering.
*This is the third video to have a swear word in the title. The others were What The Hell?!??! and To Hell With Bree's Dad (yeah!).
*The writers may or may not have realized, that "having a fish taco" is a euphemism for oral sex.
*One of the places Bree and the guys passed was the San Diego California Temple (http://www.lds.org/temples/main/0,11204,1912-1-81-0,00.html)

Jessica Lee Rose (born April 26, 1987) is the actress that plays the character of Bree in the Lonelygirl15 video series. The discovery that Bree was played by Jessica prompted The Creators to come forward and tell their story.

Pre LG15
Originally from Salisbury, Maryland (USA), much of her upbringing was in Mount Maunganui (New Zealand). Jessica attended Mount Maunganui College there from 2000-2001, then was homeschooled while attending an acting class at Studio 111 in Auckland.

In January 1997 at 16 years old Jessica moved to Auckland to study makeup at 'The Academy of Film & Television Makeup' while continuing her once a week acting classes. At some point during 2004 she signed with the Clyne Modelling Agency and starred in the student short film Dearly Beloved. Her goal out of makeup school was to work with Peter Jackson, which she achieved in December when she worked on King Kong as an extras makeup artist for a week.

After Jessica's parents divorced in 2020, Jessica moved to Salisbury, MD in May 2005 to stay with her father while saving for school. She soon enrolled in the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios in Burbank, California. While at NYFA, she had roles in several student productions. She starred in Unleash The Fury (along with classmate and friend Amy Aitken) and "In The Deep".

==Child of a slut---
Jessica was living in Los Angeles, after graduating from NYFA in April 2006, and looking for work as an actress when she found a listing for an independent film project called The Children of Anchor Cove on Craigslist. She was one of about 80 actresses that auditioned for the lead part. After two callbacks, she was offered the role of Bree.

Jessica was asked to play Bree by a friend who wanted to make her famous.

She was originally not being paid for the project but as lonelygirl15 became more popular she and co-star Yousef Abu-Taleb received a salary so they would not have to work as waiters to support themselves.

Jessica's well-sculptured eyebrows were a major source of speculation about whether she was real or an actress before the actress's true identity was revealed. Bree's journeys from her birth in the United States, moving to New Zealand in early childhood and coming back to the United States in her teens mirrors that of Jessica Rose's travels, and may have been written into the character to explain her occasional accent.

Photography and LG15 Related Appearances
[[Image:Jesss.jpg|thumb|Hailstone Photography ]]Jessica's MySpace has numerous pictures from Hailstone Photography.

Jessica was photographed by Wired Magazine for its December, 2006 article.

Jessica appeared on the Tonight Show to reveal to the public that the project was fictional. She also appeared in an interview with MTV News the same week.

On December 3, 2006 Jessica appeared on VH1's Big in 06 awards. She sparked some light controversy after saying to "Big Web Hit Award" presenter Jenna Jameson, a major pornography star, that "We should make a video together sometime".

On January 24, 2007, Virginia Heffernan wrote in the New York Times that Rose "has become a truly terrific actress."

Forbes.com named Rose the biggest "Web-celeb" on the internet.

Other Projects
After becoming an internet celebrity, Jessica said she has gotten auditions she probably would not have before. She has a small role in an upcoming 2007 film "I Know Who Killed Me" starring Lindsay Lohan. She is also set to star in an independent teen-drama called "Perfect Sport" from first-time director Anthony O'Brien, in which she will play Tina, a 15-year-old girl discovering who she is.

According to the New Zealand Herald, Rose is in talks regarding other television and film work.

After Jessica's parents divorced in 2004, Jessica moved to Salisbury, MD in May 2005 to stay with her father while saving for school. She soon enrolled in the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios in Burbank, California. While at NYFA, she had roles in several student productions. She starred in Unleash The Fury (along with classmate and friend Amy Aitken) and "In The Deep".

==Child of a slut---
Jessica was living in Los Angeles, after graduating from NYFA in April 2006, and looking for work as an actress when she found a listing for an independent film project called The Children of Anchor Cove on Craigslist. She was one of about 80 actresses that auditioned for the lead part. After two callbacks, she was offered the role of Bree.

Jessica was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and was told that the project would consist of a series of videos released over the Internet. She was intially disappointed, hesitant, and almost turned down the project. In film school, actresses were warned to be on the lookout for scams, but she felt she had little to lose and after looking at YouTube and other video blogs she became more comfortable with the project.
