* Daniel spends this entire episode reading a Bible. While some fans believe this to mean he is Christian, it should be noted that Bibles are usually the only thing to read in motel rooms. Daniel has been known to be an avid reader. This does not necessarily make him religious nor Christian.

'''Bree:''' So... the [[The Ceremony (ritual)|Ceremony]] is tomorrow and I feel ready. This last month has been very difficult. Once a week I've been [[Bree's injections|receiving shots]]. They don't always leave me feeling the best. The diet has been near impossible. I don't know how I did that. Luckily, today they let me have milk and cookies. (''Looks at milk and cookies on bed and shakes head with enthusiasm.'') I haven't really noticed the pills I've been taking. I mean, it was hard at first just because I would always forget them when I left the house. [[Enochian]]... (''shakes head'')... wow...it's such a beautiful language. It's so sad that no one ever hears it except for at these ceremonies. It's been a long haul. This past week... I felt like I've kind of crossed over. Things that were really difficult before just came a whole bunch easier and it's like I was holding on to a lot of things that I really didn't need to. It was hard to accept that Daniel's friendship had been a lie all along, but... he didn't have my best interest at heart, so... kinda. The first time I met [[Lucy]], she told me something I will never forget. She said that "life can be amazing if you're willing to make sacrifices." Now I understand what she meant. There was something else that I asked Lucy this week. As most of you know, I have a borderline socially acceptable relationship with my [[:Category:Stuffed characters|stuffed animals]]. (''Whispering to camera'') They're kind of real to me. Anyway, so, I asked Lucy how this habit sort of "gelled" with our beliefs. She said it was important for everyone to have imaginary friends. Theyâre someone you can talk to when the real world lets you down. This made me very happy. (''Holding [[Purple Monkey|P. Monkey]]'') It turns out our little purple friend has been feeling a little overshadowed lately. (''Covers P. Monkeyâs ears and whispers'') Hitching him to [[Thor]] and letting him get dragged around in circles probably didn't help.

I deleted the following because the discussion of what you can/cannot do with blue screen is innacurate and more impotantly irrelevant. Furthermore since I was the person who originally added it I figured I may as well put it to death since its not relevant:

The image also prompted some fans to speculate that the videos were shot in front of a blue screen or a green screen with a New York background. This is obviously not the case as Gemma wears blue clothing in her videos, has greenish eyes and has a green house plant in her apartment. If this were edited with a chroma key, these items would disappear. Not to mention that shooting with green screens is very expensive and complicated to get to look good, and the lonelygirl project is low budget.

This page is pretty disjointed, full of spelling and grammatical errors, as well as being a bit factually inaccurate: ie. the Knights Templar were not a secret society, but an actual order of knights. Their actual name was The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon. They were a christian military order that took part in the crusades.
Part of the beauty of a wiki is that if you see errors you can make corrections Your assistance in that process is certainly welcome. Some of the spelling errors are with a quote. The last edit created a nice summary of the Knighs but its almost a Wikipedia style article and I know that takes a lot of work so its great. However our goal here is to relate the Knights to the LG story or at least to the religious speculation that surrounds the story line. I really don't understand how that would be possible. Bree already said she wasn't a christian and we're talking about an order of christian monks/warriors that really don't fit. So, I just typed out what I knew about the Templars.

Well, the problem I see with all this is that the Creators have stated it's not a real order or religion...that they've made it up as a work of fiction. So, no amount of trying to tie a real order in with it will work...because once you start investigating the real order, you realize that things do not fit. There are things from numerous real orders that DO fit, but if you take those similarities and try to say it's that order, you begin running into all the reasons that it can't be that order....because none of this aligns with any one order...and wasn't meant to. This order that Bree belongs to takes many inspirations, but doesn't exist in reality.
That was also my problem with trying to insinuate it was the OTO. For one, I'm a member of the OTO. It is something I cherish and hold dear. For someone to insinuate Bree's order is the OTO, it's virtually the same as accusing our order of cultlike behaviour: disregarding the wills of others and usurping them through threats and violence, kidnapping, etc. So, it's really a huge insult to try and pin this on a real order. For another, the OTO is not only a thelemic order, it's the largest group of thelemites in the world. So, by saying it's not Thelema, the creators are saying there is no way possible it's the OTO. This scenario is MUCH like someone saying "I'm not a christian" and the other replying "So, are you a Catholic then?"
So, I personally have problems with trying to pin Bree's order on any one order...partially because I've studied at least some about many of these orders and realize it can't be them, partially because I know the creators borrowed aspects of many different groups to make this order, and partially because of the insult factor involved with insinuating any legitimate order would be engaged in this type of criminal and otherwise terrible behaviour.
I haven't gotten around to making an account in here...and I guess I should do that soon. But, my IP address rarely changes so it's a good indicator of me. But, I'm tannhaus. I don't participate in the forums anymore..I stated my reasons there. I do, however, comment to the videos themselves at times, post video responses, and participate a bit in here. I do not know whether it was cast or crew that responded to my email. I've debated at times whether I should post the email that was sent to me. But, considering it might be helpful to others in seeing how the creators are drawing from many different sources, I will here. My email I sent to them was:
"I'm interested to know why the Creators took a real religion (Thelema) that has been much maligned in the past, the prophet of Thelema (Crowley), also much maligned, and make a series that is the very antithesis of Thelema and what Crowley worked his whole life to promulgate.
As a Thelemite, it's very disheartening to see my religion maligned and bashed once again, all for nothing. It does not add anything to your series to associate your cult with our religion. So, why do it?"
And their reply was:
"We understand and appreciate your question. Please know that it is not our intention to malign or discredit the Thelema religion. The religion we have created for this series is entirely fictional. It is as much related to fictional Chrisitain cults and secret societies as it is to Thelema."
If this upsets anyone involved in the making of the series that I would make this public, please remove it and I'll take that to mean that I shouldn't in the future.
Wow, that was incredibly insightful. Thank you very much for that. This is the first knowledge I have of the statement that the creators admitted that Bree's religion was ficticious. I had come to the conclusion that it was probably a combination of religions or orders and I think what we want to do in the LGpedia is identify what has been drawn from where and how it could all be fit together to make something that makes sense. Please understand that many of us are new to these topics and have only been drawn in by the LG series. People like myself know little more than what they read on wikipedia. Further any statements made by characters about what is true or not cannot be believed because of the nature of the series. Hence they only real information we have is the e-mail you received. That becomes a critical document in the history of LG15 and I hope that you will share it in a relevant article. You could also be of great value in guiding those of us who are new thru the various orders etc. Our goal here is not to insult anyone and if i contribued it was through lack of education about the topic. This started out as a source of entertainment and fun and I dont think anyone considerd the impact on those in the real world. In a way the series is a weird mixture of the real and the fictional and thats whats what makes it a little tricky. Still it should be our goal on LGpedia to link things to the LG story line and thats what we try to do. I certainly dont believe that The Oder is real for a number of reason, but that does not make it any less fun to document and explore. Some of that process involves exploration of groups such as the O.T. O. and we are very privaledged to have someon with your experience guide us. I sent that on November 5th at 12:45 AM. They didn't reply. [[Gemma]]'s video was on November 9th. So, I took it to be their reply. I sent another email after the video thanking them, they replied to it and said no problem...that they're always out there listening to the fans. I personally am extremely grateful for their going the extra mile on this. It proves they do care about what implications their videos have.
As far as the [[OTO]] or any other group of thelemites being related to [[Bree's religion]], I came into the forums to dispel that notion, John Crow, on thelemacoasttocoast, mentioned it in his series and dispelled the notion, and basically thelemites came out of the woodwork to say "This in no way resembles [[Thelema]]". For one, the law of Thelema is "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law. Love is the law, love under Will". For a brief explanation of that you can see: http://www.hermetic.com/crowley/libers/lib2.html . You may not understand that entirely, but it'll give you some idea that it doesn't mean what it appears to at face value.
Also, if you read the commentary to the [[Book of the Law]] which is here: http://www.hermetic.com/220/crowley-comments.html then you will find where [[Crowley]] says "Interference with the will of another is the great sin". So, the very fact that they're trying to force anyone to do anything against their will flies totally in the face of [[Thelema]] and is the antithesis of what we believe in. Crowley translated Hathor to mean "mother of light". He considered her to be both sun and moon goddess and honored her so much that he named one of his Tarot cards after her. This gets ''really weird''. To Crowley, Hathor represented the sun and the passage from east to west through the sky. It goes on to describe a ritual that he designed to honor her. A person was to walk in a straight line, stopping to face the east at one end, and then walk back the way they had come and stop to face the west. I dunno, maybe I'm reading too much into this. You guys tell me, I've been up for like, 14 hours straight.

'''Bree:''' So... I wasn't going to talk about this today, because I thought I would be too weak, but...I feel great! [[The Ceremony (ritual)|The Ceremony]] was amazing. I feel so close to the people that I love now, I mean...even though my [[Bree's parents|parents]] weren't there, I definitely felt their presence. [[Lucy]] was incredible. She stood beside me the entire time and held my hand. I got to meet many of the [[Elder|elders]]. I've been told that it's a great honor just to be in their presence. Now I understand why. I didn't slip up once, I remembered all of the steps that Lucy and I had worked on. I remembered my Enochian symbols, all of them. So...that was cool. It was pretty amazing studying all of these things for months and then seeing them all used in one night, the language, the steps, the discipline. There was an incantation given at the end of the ceremony that was in Enochian, and I actually understood most of it. So... I guess I'm kind of sad now because...it's over. I won't be seeing Lucy anymore. She's being sent somewhere else, but I made a promise to keep in touch. One thing that I was told after the ceremony is that now I'm in a place of much greater responsibility. It's gonna be more important than ever to stay disciplined. I don't think that's going to be a problem though, 'cause I feel like a completely new person.

So, with the help of [[Lucy]] and [[Owen]] I've been learning a lot about the Zodiac of [[Denderah]]. (''Bree holds Owen up to her ear, as if he's whispering something to her.'') Owen says Napoleon's troops reached Denderah on May 25, 1799. (''more whispers from Owen'') He also says he feels uncomfortable wearing a pink feather boa. No one really knows who was the first to enter the temple, but it was probably a man named Vivant Denon, a Parisian artist who was traveling with Napoleon's troops. (''Owen whispers to Bree.'') Now, Denon made sketches of the Zodiac that was carved into the temple roof and he sent them back to Paris. (''Cut to Bree wrapped in the feather boa, doing a hoity-toity voice.'') They caused quite the stir among the aristocracy. (''back to normal voice'') Such a stir that in 1820 Jean Lelorrain, a French engineer, was sent back to secretly remove the original Zodiac and replace it with a copy. (''Cut to Bree lying on the bed.'') So, here's some things I've been learning about the Zodiac of Denderah. There are thirty-six decans or constellations. Each of these decans rise above the horizon at dawn for ten days every year. Sopdet is the most important. There's a common misconception that the Zodiac of Denderah is incorrect. It's not that it's inaccurate, it's just that the stars in the decans used to be a lot brighter. In the Denderah Zodiac, the week is ten days long instead of seven. I wonder if those extra days were weekends. (''Bree dances around her bedroom while music plays for awhile. The video then returns to Bree on her bed.'') In the Zodiac the night sky is supported by four women under the canopy of heaven. There's also an earth god named Geb, he can be found supporting the other side of the sky. Pretty cool, huh? (''Bree is now lying on the bed, holding the camera above her. She makes some swooshing noises.'') The Zodiac of Denderah is actually pretty similar to the modern day one. Umm... Cancer the Crab is a Scarab Beetle. The lion near the scales is Centaurus. And the woman and the man holding hands is the modern day Gemini. (''Bree has now covered her face in her turtleneck sweater.'') Anyway... sorry if that was boring. (''She pulls the sweater off her face.'') I think it's interesting.

So, I don't really have a lot to talk about, but I decided that I would talk about my ''travels''. I was born in America and then I moved to New Zealand when I was eight. New Zealand was pretty cool all around. I lived in this, umm, little [[commune]] which was next to a really small town. It was fun. I tried to go to public school in New Zealand but it didn't really work out so well. There was this one classroom where we had a door in the front and a door in the back and the kids would go in and out of the back door just as they pleased. So, when [[Bree's parents|my parents]] found out about that, they took me out of school and put me in home school again. When I was ten we visited the Northern Territory of Australia. The coolest thing about the Northern Territory is the "Wet", or as Australians say it, the "Weet". Isn't that funny? (''giggles'') One night when I was asleep, my Dad came and woke me up and I was really tired so I didn't want to get up, but he said that that it was really interesting and I had to come. I remember clinging to my Dad's shoulders and we were tromping up this hill and all the people from the farms behind us were coming up with us and everybody was saying, "Shh! Shh!" and it was really really exciting and my Dad told me something really incredible was going to happen. Nobody's allowed to talk because you'll get in trouble. There's these big black storm clouds above you. You're waiting and everybody is completely silent suddenly it just starts pouring down with rain, with like big thick droplets of rain, really amazing. And then, when I was twelve, we moved to England. So when I first heard we were moving to Nottinghamshire, I was kind of excited, you know: Robin Hood, Merry men, outlaws? I thought it would only be a matter of time before we started having fun. The only friend I made the entire time...was a dog! They have a Robin Hood museum. If you ever take their little tram tour, watch out for Friar Tuck, he kind of JUMPS out at you. So we lived in England for two years and then we moved to America and...that's about it!

I really liked this girl [[Andrea]] and her boyfriend [[Paul]]; they were really nice...um... They invited us to come out with them again tomorrow night. Because this is a wiki, anyone can edit it. This provides the most useful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information available. If you don't feel comfortable making big changes, you are free to make small changes such as fixing typos or correcting mistakes.

There are two ways to edit a page by default. The first way is to click the edit tab at the top of the page. This will bring you to a page where you can enter your information. The second method is to click the link which reads "''[edit]''" at the end of each section in the actual article.

Once you are done editing the article, write a description of your edit in the summary box. This description will show up on the [[Special:Recentchanges|Recent changes]] page and makes it easier on members who wish to know what kind of edit you made. If the change you made was minor (such as fixing a typo, etc.), then select the "This is a minor edit" box.

All editors are encouraged to use the preview button before they safe their page! This will show a preview of your new page without actually saving it, and provides a place for you to make changes. Through this, you can notice any mistakes or errors before the page is actually edited.

Because this is a ''new'' wiki, many pages have not been created that need to be. If you come across a subject that you would like to contribute to, but there is no existing article to place this information in, then you should add a new page.

Before you add a new page, preform a search to see if another page exists which is same topic with a different title. Simply type in the subject you are looking for in the search box to the left, and articles that contain the searched term will be listed.

One method of creating a page is to use the red links in existing articles. While blue links mean that the page it is linking to does exist, red links symbolize pages that do not exist. By clicking on one of these red links, you will be taken directly to a page to create the article.

The second method of creating a page is to preform a search for your new article's title. After the search results load, you should see something at the top that says "''There is no page titled "your article". You can create this page.''" By clicking on "create this page," you will be taken to a page to edit your new article.

Registering and logging in is not required, but recommended. You may view and edit pages without an account, but your IP address will be displayed instead of your username. Registering has many benefits: you are part of the community, you have created your identity, you can easy monitor your contributations, you can set preferences and customizations which non-logged in members cannot.

To register or log in, click the link at the top right corner of the page which reads "''[[Special:Userlogin|Log in / create account]]''." From there, follow the instructions and you will have a working account in no time!
