Born in Memphis, TN, Cristy studied at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN where she majored in French and Political Science and minored in History. For graduate school, she attended the University of Tennessee, where she had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris. After returning, she receieved her J.D. Degree and became a member of the Tennesse Bar Association. She then went on to work at the [[Creative Artists Agency]] and The Weinstein Company.

In early 2006, Cristy joined [http://www.edenrocproductions.com/ Eden Roc Productions] as the vice president of development and business affairs, where she is in charge of sourcing material and overseeing key creative decisions. This information was made public when [[the Creators]] provided [[TWJaniak]] with production credits for use on the [[LGPedia]]. Before Jessi Williams was revealed to be the Lucy actress, fans speculated that [[Amy Aitken]], [[Liza Weil]] or [[Amanda Goodfried]] played the role.

After the release of [[The Human Ransom]] the [[Admin]] account on the LGPedia updated the credits to indicate that [[Lucy]] had been played by [[Amanda Goodfried]] in that video as well as in [[On The Run]]. Indeed, Lucy is always (conveniently) wearing large dark [[sunglasses]] that would make it possible that she's been played by two different actresses. [[The Human Ransom]] is also the first video in which she's been seen up close.

The application, US federal trademark 78957059, was filed on Aug. 22 and discovered later that week by [[phorum]] member [[scdgoofy]]. After the discovery of this trademark, most fans were confident the series was fictional and sleuths began investigating the Goodfrieds. Once a link to the [[Creative Artists Agency]] was discovered, fans quickly found the [[MySpace]] account of [[Amanda Goodfried]] who was an employee.
