:::It's a tempting idea, but remember he's been using many different IPs, including many that are not in the 205 range at all. It's quite easy to use the internet through a proxy, although it does slow down your connection a lot. I think blocking IP ranges would not stop him, while still limiting access to honest people that won't understand why they can't edit.
