He graduated high school in June 2006 and had a graduation party which Bree was not allowed to attend. Daniel urged Bree to rebel against her strict parents and is concerned about whatever religion and the ceremony she was involved in. Like many of the fans, Daniel has also begun to investigate these mysterious things surrounding Bree and has taken to following her around and recording her actions, even after Bree has asked him not to do so via a video post. On both these occassions [[Lucy]] was taking Bree somewhere; once to a nearby park for what appeared to be a practice session for the upcoming ceremony and then a trip to a medical complex.

He is much more social than Bree, he has friends besides her and goes to parties, which he has coerced Bree into sneaking out to go to. Two of his other friends have been named, [[Paul]] and [[Andrea]].

Several of Daniel's videos have been made in [[Daniel's bedroom]].

Daniel has on one occasion broken into Lucy's apartment. He found on her computer pictures of himself. He became worried and posted a video on the subject. His worries have reflected onto Bree, causing her to question her [[Bree's religion|religion]].

Daniel's videos 50, 52 and 55 have all been shot letterbox style as opposed the the regular 4:3 format. This may just be for dramatic effect but there may be other implications.

Daniel dropped out of school at a junior college, where he was taking film classes, and left his job at [[Gas 'n Eats]] to accompany Bree [[The road trip|on the run]] from [[the Order]].

It has been implied in the episodes that [[Bree's parents]] are very strict. In one episode Bree revealed that her [[Bree's mother|mother]] and [[Bree's father|father]] met in London during the intermission of the play '[[Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead]]'. Apparently the two got into a heated argument about the central theme in the play, and in the words of Bree, her father was "smitten like a kitten". In the same episode, [[How My Parents Met]], Bree also divulged that her father studied medicine at [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxford Oxford].

Her parents are strictly religious. This is one reason that Bree is homeschooled. In the video, [[Learning To Drive]], Bree tells [[Daniel]] that her parents are not [[Order of Denderah]], presumably a reference to her [[Bree's religion|religion]].

In [[My Dad Said...]], viewers learned that Bree's parents were not actually her biological parents. This was apparently revealed to Bree soon before her father was shot, and may have been what she and her father were talking about in [[The Unthinkable Happened]]. Because she is still mourning for the loss of the man she knew as her father, Bree wasn't very open and didn't really discuss her thoughts on the fact that the people she called her parents weren't her biological parents. However, she states that she won't be talking to her mother anytime soon - it is undetermined whether this is because she is upset her parents lied to her, or if she is unable to contact her due to safety concerns. Additionally, it is undetermined whether this has anything to do with [[The Order]], or if Bree's parents simply wanted a child.

As of now, we do not know who Bree's biological parents are.

==Travels==
In the episode [[Mysteries of My Past... REVEALED!]], Bree gave us a little rundown of all her travels. According to Bree, she was born in America, and moved to New Zealand when she was eight years old. While there, her family lived in a [[commune]] next to a small town. At age ten, Bree's family visited the Northern Territory of Australia. At the age of twelve, they moved to Nottinghamshire England, and resided there for two years. After England, they finally settled down in their home in the United States.

==School==
Bree has mentioned many times that she is homeschooled, but she has referenced in episodes that she previously attended traditional public schooling at least two times. First in New Zealand, where she was pulled from public schools after her parents witnessed the lack of discipline and again in the United States. In school she made two friends, [[Cassie]] and [[Daniel]]. Cassie was uncomfortable with Bree's religion and stopped hanging out with her after she left public school. Daniel and Bree stayed best friends.

Bree's parents pulled her out when she became the subject of ridicule, rumors, and hostilities from fellow classmates. In [[Poor Pluto]] Bree says that students made fun of her for asking too many astronomy questions in a science class. They started calling her [[Stargirl]] and when she continued asking questions they suggested she was having a relationship with the teacher. Daniel later said in [[I Want to Take Bree to a Party!]] that he did not think the teasing was that big of a deal. Bree has remarked in comments to her YouTube videos that she'd like to go back to public school.

She seems to be interested in astronomy, quantum physics, history, and evolution (another possible hint to her father's profession). Her studies are quite advanced for a secondary education level.

==Religion==
Not much is known for sure about [[Bree's religion]], which was the source of a great deal of debate because of its role in [[Bree's ritual]]. Fans initially speculated that it is or is related to [[Thelema]], but this was disavowed by [[Gemma]] in [[Learning Egyptian]], who claimed that it is not a religion at all. Rather, Bree's "religion" is a type of secret society known as [[The Order]].

Most of the early Lonelygirl15 videos take place in [[Bree's bedroom]]. Because her camera is on her computer, and her computer faces one side of the room, we normally only see one side of the room. In the video [[What Did Daniel and Dad Talk About?]], the webcam is carried by Bree as she follows Daniel around the room, helping us see every angle of her room. The only good shot we might ever get of Bree's workstation (her desk and computer) is at the right, a snapshot taken from the video.

==Other Friends==
During the latest enrollment at public school, she befriended a young woman named [[Cassie]], who was in Daniel's class (although he doesn't recognize the name). Bree says that everyone made fun of Cassie and that they used to walk around the track together. They initially spent time together, but Cassie was uncomfortable with Bree's religion. After Bree returned to homeschooling, she and Cassie stopped spending time together.

At a party, Bree met Daniel's Friends [[Paul]] and [[Andrea]]. She liked them a lot and the foursome made plans to go bowling together. It is unclear if they actually went bowling.

He was born in Arlington, Virginia, and lived in Jordan until he was 8. Yousef's father is Jordanian and lives in Herndon, Va. His mother is British and lives in Harrisonburg, Va. Yousef, 26, took classes at Blue Ridge Community College before deciding to move to Los Angeles in early 2005. Yousef has two brothers and four sisters.

He worked as a waiter and bartender while looking for roles as an actor. He worked with acting coach [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0583951 Robert Miano] and producer [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0006786 James Quattrochi]. When he arrived at the lonelygirl15 audition he said he was wearing a sweatshirt and torn up jeans while everyone else was wearing Abercrombie. Unlike co-star [[Jessica Lee Rose|Jessica Rose]], Yousef was not hesitant to take the role.

During the filming, before his identity was revealed, Yousef kept a low profile, keeping to his house and wearing sun glasses when he went out. After [[The Creators]] and crew came forward, Yousef was interviewed by MTV and CNN. He also appeared with Jessica on the Tom Green show.

Immant is a YouTube user that posted two videos before the ceremony that appear to be addressed to [[Bree]]. In the videos, he praises the addressee for her commitment to the "Order".

In the video [[See you at the ceremony...]] he seems to be claiming he will be at [[Bree's ritual|Bree's ceremony]], and is shown wearing similar attire to the people in the video [[The Ceremony]], before it came out. Also, in [[The Ceremony]], [[Daniel]] films a bald man who perhaps bears some resemblance to Immant, but Immant claims in his "[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQlcRkSDc8c We do not wish to make enemies, only friends.]" video that while he was at the ceremony, he does not believe that he was spotted there by anyone. Since the [[Denderah|Order of Denderah]] seems to be aware of Daniel's presence at the ceremony, they probably know about the video he took and who does and does not appear in it.

On his blog, Immant mentions his acting experience. He is from New York state, making it less likely he was actually in Los Angeles to appear in the video.

In Immant's earlier videos, he used a protected mark of the religious organization [[Ordo Templi Orientis|OTO]]. His response to fan requests to remove the symbol has been reported as gracious and accomodating.

He later admitted just being a fan and actor and not related to the Creators.

'''Paulmark18''' is the [[YouTube]] handle of a duo who have made several videos claiming to be [[Daniel]]'s friends [[Paul]] and [[Andrea]]. They turned up shortly after being mentioned in the video [[House Arrest]]. They posted a video which spoofs the LG15 series, in particular the [[Proving Science Wrong (series)|Proving Science Wrong]] videos.

In the first video, Paul explains the Baader-Meinhoff phenomenon, and chalks many of the coincidences of the lonelygirl15 video series to the phenomenon. The Baader-Meinhoff phenomenon is not a scientific theory, but an internet meme itself. The phenomenon is named from a discussion that developed on the St. Paul Pioneer Press message boards.

In the video, which is supposedly edited by Daniel, Paul is excited about the video, while Andrea reads magazines in boredom on the bed (a spoof of [[Bree]]'s video [[The Danielbeast]] where Daniel is the one reading a magazine on the bed and ignoring Bree). Paul also claims to have borrowed [[Purple Monkey]] for use in the video, and indeed a P. Monkey puppet does appear.

In Paul and Andrea's second video they hold a competition with P. Monkey to see who can find the best mythical creature. '''Spoiler Alert:''' P. Monkey wins (well, according to Andrea).

A third video came at a time shortly after Bree told her parents she didn't feel comfortable going through with the ceremony, after which to her everything seemed to be getting back to normal. Paul and Andrea replied with a video in which Andrea worried that the cult might be after them too for being friends of Daniel. She was not convinced that everything was just going to go back to normal, and sure enough soon after their video Bree reported that the cult had not accepted her resignation.

[[The Creators]] have said they are interested in incorporating fan videos into the storyline, so it is possible these characters will eventually be accepted as the actual Paul and Andrea but the story behind those who made this video remains to be seen.
