Couple of Suggestions

Seeing as fan feedback is extremely important for the series, I think an easy way to know what people think of a video is to implement a rating system, like on youtube, you get to decide how many stars out of 5 the video can get.

Also, something like a daily or weekly poll on the main page may help you gauge other things.
