Oh, and in most women pmt actually precedes the period, apparently. Shedding the lining marks the beginning of the cycle, and with that comes the glorious elixir of womanhood, oestrogen! This re-elevates the mood and stops RupaZer0's monthly existential crisis.

diaphragm is like that thing that goes in during sex.
nuva ring is a clear plastic ring that you stick in your vagina for 3 weeks at a time
