In some chatting amongst ourselves, we got to talking about the escape from the crazy dude. A couple of anomalies showed up that we'd like to discuss with you.

• First: The gun was in the car before you were taken and it remained in the car until after you escaped.
  Second: The only one who is having flashbacks to that time is you.
  Third: You remembered where you were before the gunshot in the desert because you remembered being in the tub.
  Fourth: We don't know who shot the crazy guy, but you had the opportunity and the means.

Did you?

OK, I just said he sucked. I didn't say he was a killer to his face.

Even if Jonas shot the guy, I mean...it was all in self defense, and I respect him for that. Plus the fact that they had just been drugged and didn't really know what they were doing.

Never thought of that before...

Jonas could be a murderer!? Wow...

(of course, if it was in self-defense... that's understandable. Not saying that I think he just cold blooded murdered the guy but... I'm rambling.)

Daniel mentioned that he was remembering bits and pieces, which is close enough to flashbacks for me.
Jonas must have changed clothes to have shot the crazy kidnapper. And a lot of other stuff. I mean, he would have had to change his appearance to the point where Daniel could easily mistake him for a watcher.

Why is that? Bree was the only one who said she saw something, and she was ABSOLUTELY in no position to have actually seen the shot. What she saw was a figure (possibly with a gun) coming toward the guy who was shot. That's all she could have seen. To my knowledge Daniel has remained silent on the point. And I'm still looking for where Daniel said he was running alongside Jonas when they heard the shot.

nope. So far all I find is that they say they escaped. Nothing about being together.

Great. Now I'm going to have to go and watch those vids again.

ETA: I just don't see any way Jonas could have done it.

In "Missing Days":

The last thing I remember, we were at this gas station, and the next thing we're running like hell through the desert, Bree's way off in the distance, we hear a gunshot, and Jonas and I hit the deck. Bree said it was a watcher that shot that crazy guy that grabbed us.

OK, so now the question is, how did Bree know it was the guy that grabbed them?
