Drop recovered at Marsh Chapel at Boston University on Monday 4/23/07. Recovered by Honeybee with help from Marla, Panda, and Kellylen (and the rest of the chat!).
Found under a pew in the center of the balcony, no envelope:
It is another page from Dr. Seuss' "Oh Say Can You Say." It is the last poem/tongue twister from the book.
Text:
"The storm starts
when the drops start dropping.
When the drops stop dropping
then the storm starts stopping."
The binary at the top of the page translates to hex:
65 6d 70 74 79 20 42 6f 78 20 53 65 61 74 73
which translates to:
empty Box Seats
(Thanks Jester, skunkwaffle, surrealisticpill, ignatzmouse)
The numbers across the rest of the page are once again guitar tabs:
which translate to:
NO AUDIENCE NO CURTAIN CALL
Thanks to Deagol for the
nifty guitar tab decoder.

I doubt it makes a difference, but the binary to hex to ascii actually capitalizes as:
empty Box Seats

you guys are seriously wicked. And for future reference - the skype conference call is BRILLIANT! I'll be available ANY time to do it again, even if I'm not op-ing and we want to be able to have a three way. Hah, three ways.
I think I can do up to four people, which is great, and I have unlimited minutes, so there's no worries there either.
Just let me know! You can always call me (Kenny has my #) if you need me for a conference call. I work at my computer.

my initial thought is that Mr Zipp needs us/Maddy to tell more people
possibly Bree, Daniel, &Jonas

possibly this picture is Jonas with his big house
Bree was the girl with the pole
and Daniel the stick figure with the car? I know that is REALLY stretching it !

we haven't been able to take much from the drawn pictures so far. maybe we should be looking closer at them.

So, here are my thoughts on what was found. Empty Box Seats means to me that the person/people who Maddison is supposed to be relaying information to are not paying attention. And if Mr. Zipps audience doesn't show up soon, there will be no second chance for him to warn them.
As for the drawing, all I can think of is Newton's Law of Gravity, since there is one apple on the ground
