least favorite forum cliche phrase?

my least favorite forum cliche was "save the day", then "storm the castle", now it's "don't let your guard down" (just because you may have used one or more or even all of them doesn't mean they don't make you cringe a bit now from overuse.)

This is an interesting topic, but it doesn't belong in the Suggestions area.
Just gonna move this to Off The Cuff.

I hate that last one!!
It's like going to class and saying, "Hey, prof! I didn't read the book, but I have this interesting theory to tell you about regarding rat poop."

I'm not a fan of the "kthnxbye" or whatever it is. It's snarky and unimaginative.

I only enjoy using it, (and then I REALLY enjoy using it) when I feel the situation calls for the mocking of the snarky and unimaginative.

l33t speak in general is unimaginative and annoying, even more so now that it's become mainstream and people use it in a way to MOCK l33t. Then again, I've been guilty of it myself, so I guess I'm unimaginative and annoying.

Hee! I love that phrase. "The mocking of the snarky and unimaginative."
Jami, I may end up turning that phrase into a Forum Cliche all on my own.
