I just had one of those moments. Does anyone else think it's possible that the Creators are looking at these "new girls" as possible KateModern's?

ETA: I'm gonna follow this up a bit.

We don't actually know there is a "new girl", all we know is that Alex said there is a new girl.

We also don't know what ,if any, age limits there are on the girl doing the ceremony.

Media run-down on KateModern:

The series, titled "Lonelygirl15 Presents…KateModern," is the story of a LonelyGirl-esque 19-year-old British college student, her friends, and the mysterious dark forces that permeate their life (the same forces featured prominently in recent LonelyGirl episodes). The creators say the show will be "edgier" than LonelyGirl15 and will appeal to a slightly older demographic than their original web-drama. It will debut on Bebo in early July.

Isn't KateModern supposed to be a university student in London? There aren't that many British candidates so far (except for Horrorlass, I can't think of any). Most of them are too young to be going to university.

But maybe she'll pop up somewhere...

But according to the original article that was posted, didn't they say Miles or one of the creators was going to fly out to live in London for the duration of the show?

So apparently they're not going to do like Gemma where she was in California but it looked like England (Yes, I know she was really in Cali, blah blah blah), KateModern will really be there.

Now, if the creators had the funds to hire some girl right off youtube who might live ANYWHERE, convince her to drop her own college/job/whatever and move to London for the show, surely they wouldn't need the little "PayPal Donate" button, lol.

No, I bet they already have an actress for KateModern, or are at least looking at them. Probably a girl like Jessica, fresh and unknown, who probably already lives in London to begin with.

However -- I'm not denying that it would be amazingly awesome if they did actually take one of the "new girls," hehe, it just doesn't seem probable.

I would KILL for that. I'm dropping out of the college I'm in now because I hate it and am so eager to get out there and get a job (I'm an actor, the school I was at was an acting school).

Sorry, Juli, but the Creators have already said that Kate Modern isn't the girl Bree is looking for in our current story.
