in "psychological torture", bree, daniel and jonas appeared to be undergoing some sort of brainwashing- jonas especially was agreeing to do something. the description for this video states that phase 2 was successful. if this is referring to the brainwashing attempt, then despite BJD's escape, we should be concerned that they are behaving, at least partly, just as the order wanted them to.

i find it especially suspicious that the instant they got out, they ran straight back to find alex, even though she had just betrayed them.

so what do other, more experienced denizens of the lg15 forum think? cuz i'm a noob who should probably be kicked off for posting a new topic

thats a good point! I find it really really odd that Bree of all people seemed to forgive alex pretty quickly as well...Daniel you could say is just blindly in love, and Jonas is a classic abandoned child case clenching on to his only family...but Bree thats another story.

I'm finding a bunch of things that reek of brainwashing:

• Despite repeated warnings by everyone, they continue to post their whereabouts to the public!
  Yes, they bee line to Alex. More telling still is that they blithely take her back into their confidence.
  Despite two gentlemen clearly enamored with her, Bree remains virginal.
  Not a one of them has wondered how they escaped.
  With the possible exception of Bree, none of them have tried contacting Tachy or Brother.
  They have only acted like kids on "Spring Break" despite the forum's unanimous opinion that they should smarten up and fight or flight, not fiddle.
  Only Bree has been on the net and conversing with all the people out here who root for her.

I'm sure I could come up with more, given a little thought, but you get the idea. They were messed with--big time.

you're right, i can't think of any reason why bree would forgive alex. and i would have thought daniel wouldn't get over his betrayal so quickly, yet he actually seems more into her than he was. ditto jonas, especially considering what she said about his parents. they just believed her again all too quickly- and now they've been betrayed again. smells fishy to me. tho it could be a red herring ok i know i'm not funny.

I agree it's fishy, llama. I wish we could have heard the conversation on the beach between Jonas and Alex; it might explain a few things.
