Jonas and Bree - Relation?

Okay, so these are all of the details I've compiled (from LGpedia) that might support the theory that Bree and Jonas are related and/or even brother and sister:

-Bree was "adopted" by her parents after her biological parents mysteriously disappeared.

- Jonas' parents "mysteriously disappeared" six years ago.

- Alex revealed that Jonas' parents may still be alive, but that they might not even remember Jonas, due to actions of the Order.

Hypothetically speaking, let's say Jonas' parents had Jonas, then had Bree a couple years later. The Order found out about Bree through Alex's mother, or in a sense, Jonas' grandmother. The Order kidnapped Bree, brainwashed Jonas into forgetting he ever had a sister, and threatened to take/ do something bad to Jonas or Jonas' parents, so Jonas' parents took him and hopped on their boat and sailed away. Years later, when Jonas was grown, he stayed home while his parents went on a sailing trip together. Meanwhile the Order had finally caught up with them, and Jonas' parents "mysteriously disappeared" - again.

There is a possibility that Jonas and Bree have the same parents, and that the people who were around their parents are who managed to work The Order into the mix.

That's my current theory, anyway.

Thoughts?

it could be, i have long thought that bree and jonas could be related, and i think there are quite a few out there who have thought that too....

however, dead/missing parents are a recurring theme in this saga, and doesn't necessarily point to a sibling relationship. daniel's parents don't care, alex's mom is dead.....so missing parents might just be thematic.....so to speak.

it is interesting to ponder though isn't it?

If they are going to be related, I want them to fall madly in love and have a child before they find out.

Alein inbreeding? Oh, the horror!

ETA: Not to ignore your post, Amanda, but this theory has been around since the dawn of creation; discussed to death, then the afterlife and repeated reincarnation. If you do a search, you will find multiple threads on it.

I see the trio more as Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew than any other type of relationship.

Yep, I've been (with a bunch of others) backing this theory for quite some time. I think there is a ton of "hints" that they might be brother and sister.

Unfortunately, there are just as many to support the fact that they are not!

I hope this issue will get addressed one way or another by the Creators soon! I'm more interested in finding out this fact that I am about the ceremony these days!

I hate this theory. I don't mean to offend anyone, because I do admit it is a possibility, but I would hate it if it happened.

That would be too much of a neat little coincident ripped right out of Star Wars

Nah, I can't believe it unless there's something a little more "concrete" to go on than just random facts.

Same, I just think it's a bit of simple idea tbh. I don't think it is going to turn out like that though... well I hope not anyway
