Summer Gathering in LA - With Creators, Cast & Crew!

Hey, folks! We have an active discussion going on down in the Suggestions area about a really-truly LG15 gathering, complete with Creators, Cast, and Crew (the 3 C's...what could be better, huh?
As we plan, we would not only be looking at the main event, we can also look at trying to get rates on hotels in the area (depending on how many folks are coming, we might be able to get some kickin' rates!
), and possible other events.
We're also talking about how to accommodate folks that can't get to LA...but the main focus is LG15 in LA this summer!!
Please, head to the Convention? thread for discussion, so we can keep everything in one area...

At this point, we're talking about an end of summer bash. We need to get a good idea of how many people would attend (there's a poll attached to the thread for that). Plus we need to know what you could pay for the event itself.The Creators wrote:If you guys can build up momentum for a meeting/party in LA...then I could work things on our end to get cast and crew involved.
