in my own opinion it cant be brother... i eman brother doesnt seem to me to be a dress shoe kinda guy?? especially if he is in the middle of the dessert??? much more likely to be someone from the order finding the shot down chaser

well, since we never actually saw brother, it's difficult to say if he's a dress shoes kinda guy, or a sneakers guy huh?

I think you're right. It's not his style. I have it on good authority he's a little lazy about shaving. I certainly don't see him bothering to polish his shoes. And a black suit in the desert. Nah. I seriously doubt it.

Who says Brother picked up the camera? If I were assassinating someone whose cohorts may be nearby I wouldn't be sticking around. So I agree, it's most likely not him getting the camera. Doesn't mean he's not the shooter.

Oh I like that! I have been wanting to think that Brother and Tachyon are somehow involved but I could not except that the shoes belonged to either of them. I'm buying into the time lapse theory (the shoes belong to order/watcher guy), and I can see brother taking the guy out (I just don't see Jonas or Daniel being able to pull the trigger). I think Tachyon worked with Bree on coming up with a "if/when they get caught plan". I'm sure this plan would involve contacting Tachyon or brother somehow.
