Why is the Order still chasing them?

I got to thinking and something just hit me. I know you guys are probably thinking it and this issue has probably been talked (er...typed?) to death BUT...Why? After all this time has passed WHY are they still following Bree? I mean, she said it herself that she knew little about the order or this ceremony they spoke of so many times. They got her parents. So why all of the chasing and following and watching? Why is it so important for them to capture her ? I mean, they have had countless times where I'm sure they could have just taken her but even so, Why are they still following her around? I guess I just don't get that.
I am bored, where is everyone? I know it's friday night and you all have lifes but come back cause I don't and I'm bored. lol.

I have to agree...
This is not a complaint and I don't want anything bad to happen to them, but I seriously don't understand the constant "watching" and "chasing"...
They've already kidnapped & brainwashed Daniel...so who knows what they'd do to Jonas (assuming he's
NOT Order), but why hide from them?? They KNOW where B/D/J are...ALL THE TIME! There is no need to "hide"... is there??? I am willing to be wrong ... please educate me ... haha

My theory is that the Order is wearing them down, making no place safe, getting in their face everytime they do settle somewhere, using as many types of pressure and cult tactics they can use on them without actually doing anything provably illegal (yeah, there was the kidnapping, but even so kids word against (powerful) adults)... the Order is just trying to wear them down and out, until she says yes hust to get them off her back and get her life back.
Maybe there is no time limit on how long they're willing to wait for Bree to do the ceremony of her own free will? Is she willing to spend the rest of her life on the run or having them pressure her, never feeling like she can relax or settle unless the snatch someone else she cares about?
Anyways, just my theory. The Order seems typically cult-like to me!

I have thought, since before I saw it first suggested by someone on here, that whatever they want Bree for, she has to come to them of her own free will. They can't capture her. They can coerce her into coming to them, but she's the one who has to initiate the action itself. I do not think what she personally desires is a factor, however.

The free will thing seems like the most plausible explanation. I mean, they wasted no time coming to get her after she said she was going to do the ceremony (The Human Ransom). But even when they caught JBD totally by surprise they didn't do anything (Watch This).

The real question is "Why hasn't Jonas got any guns yet?"

Jonas has guns cause hes and undercover cop. He doesn't wave them around cause he knows all about the order and is tryin to bring them down somehow. The oder is too expansive to just go playin shoot em up.
Sry guys, I cant let the cop thing go.

I think you guys got me wrong. Or I made no sense. Um, Why is the order still following??
I understand why Bree is still running cuz I would too. But, what makes her so damn important that they would follow her everywhere she goes. She has proven that she want's nothing to do with the order so why won't they leave her alone???

Out of the thousands of girls who show potential at birth and which they then raise in controlled homes, only a few develop the characteristics at puberty which are needed for the ceremony. Apparently Bree's one of those few and after already spending 17 years on her, either they've invested too much to let her go this easily or she's the only one at the age they can use right now (maybe a bit of both).
