Just out of curiosity... has anyone else noticed an Internet Explorer pop-up on the TiKO "special offer" page?
Is it real, or is it part of the HSA site?

OK, I'm a slacker. I haven't been to the link in over five months. Can someone give it to me? Last time I tried it was down (probably due to something in the story), and then I never went back.
