Missing PM

I got an email at 7:00 pm saying I had a new PM, and two hours later when I checked it, it wasn't there. Is this common, or a bug they are working through?

I think this has happened once or twice before.
But I can't remember the solution...or cause...
What I do know though, is sometimes when people send things, they go back to their outbox and delete the messages, which would ultimately delete all their unread sent mail.

It might be the servers glitching.
I've noticed theres been a few server glitches lately.
