Yeah, you do change it in profile - however my Timezone is set correctly and it's still an hour off. I'm sure this has to do with the DST coming early this year. The forum software probably wasn't patched for this.

Ya nailed it, djmadscribbler. Maybe the politicians where disappointed by the overall letdown of the Y2K bug, and wanted to add some excitement to the lives of IT personnel everywhere :roll:

ugh i do too =( my sleeping is always fucked up enough on its own.. and then two times a year it gets totallyyyyy messed up =(

aren't there countries that don't participate in daylight savings time?

Arizona doesn't do daylight savings. I was thinking about buying some land in Montana, or something, and then seceding from the country, and starting my own little country where daylight savings time doesn't exist. Or starting my own cult.

I was ready to sue Congress over the damn daylight savings time thing. It screwed up my whole schedule. And just when I was getting used to the idea that I actually have to get out of bed and go to work. Damn them. :roll:
