I've pinpointed what bothered my about auntie

When D&B pick up auntie at the airport, no one got out to help her with her bags.
Oh, wait, she had no bags that I could see. She was in Rome?
When she gets in the car, there is no, "How are you doing? Nice to see you". Neither were there the usual hugs that accompany such a reunion after five years of aunt and nephew not seeing each other. In fact, it looked rather formal.
Thoughts, anyone?
EDIT: Clarity

Thats what I've been trying to point out.
1) If Jonas hadn't seen her since he was 14, how did he know she was going away and how did he know that she was coming back?
2) How did his aunt get to the airport previously and did she know Jonas would be picking her up?
3) Even if Jonas spent some time there, how did he know he could get it through the back, and if you go on a trip out of the country--let alone out of the city or to the grocery store--would you keep your back door unlocked?
4) If she had no bags, does that mean she was never really gone?
And a million other questions.

Sorry, I hadn't seen your other posts, BA>
Great minds think alike?

Could it be that they didn't show them putting the bags in the back? Like when we heard the blinker but never saw them turn?
And perhaps he called her and let her know that he was at the house and she told him when she would be coming back and he said he would pick her up?
I know that when we fly out, we hire a car to drive us and drop us off so we don't have to pay the crazy parking fees.

How about this one:
Either
1) He didn't tell his Aunt that they 'broke' into her house
or
2) His Aunt knows that they have been there...and she knows because she left the back door open for them.
If you hadn't seen anyone in 3 weeks, let alone 14 years, wouldn't you be a little upset if they broke into your home, while you were away on vacation, and had been squatting there until your return? Think about it.

Just because you haven't physically seen someone in that length of time doesn't mean you don't talk to them. I have family in CA that I haven't seen in almost 20 years, but we talk often and I know that their door is always open for me and vice versa.
I'm not trying to start an argument here, simply trying to point out that how some families operate are different from the supposed "norm".

Okay, so suppose they have kept in touch over the years.
Jonas had to notify her that they were going to her house for her not to be bothered that they 'broke in'. So, he must have used his cell phone, when he shouldn't have, to contact her and let her know. Of course though he didn't tell DB or Bree about it, hence why Bree was upset when he was 'just going to break in' and hence the reasoning why he felt so comfortable about it.
Also, since she knew that Jonas was going to be in town, he arranged it so that instead of her taking a cab home, they would save her some money and pick her up. Perfect timing so that Bree wouldn't be around, so there wouldn't be talk of another "randomgirl".
So, then questions still remain:
1) Why didn't Jonas tell Bree/Daniel that he had been speaking with her?
2) Who else has Jonas been in contact with?

As far as the blinker goes, the conversation was continuous, as was the filming; but that is no longer a big concern for me.
The filming also seems continuous at the airport.

Um, landline? I've heard that some people still actually use them
And how do we know that he didn't tell the less then dynamic duo that he spoke to her? Never did anyone mention that he did or didn't...

The dynamic duo didn't know it was okay to enter the Aunts house.
They surely would have mentioned it if Jonas had set up something with his Aunt...a safe place for them to stay.

I found it weird that Daniel didn't introduce himself.

I know that they didn't know it was okay to enter Auntie's house. But that doesn't mean he didn't call her afterwards and mention that he broke in because he needed to place to stay. Heh...wonder what sort of story he cooked up, since he sucks at lieing...

Perhaps.
And maybe Daniel didn't need introductions because Jonas had already blabbed about him to her soo much on the phone

The not hugging part was what bothered me the most. I mean, if it's OK to have a relative you haven't seen in five years stay at your home, but if that were the case, wouldn't you at least hug them when you saw them (especially if they were your only family)?

Nah, I don't think so...I don't hug anyone in my family..we've never been big on that. So its not weird at all to me.
We can at least assume the things they didn't show were her bags and introductions, and perhaps some phone calls from Jonas to her.
Which is still odd to me.
